Sat before noon.
Man, I was expecting tasty food here, but it wasn’t to be. I wouldn’t even take a picture of the green enchiladas that we ordered bcz it didn’t even look good.
I guess everything comes in “to go” containers, even when dining in.
And they started putting up the chairs on the tables while we were eating. I guess closing up. I couldn’t find hours of operations anywhere.
It was worth a try, though.

Wow. I got 3 tacos de tripas and they were delicious and crispy! Also clean restaurant and bathroom.

We ordered takeout/delivery from Los Alazanes Mexican Food a couple nights ago from the Bear Valley Road location in Apple Valley, CA. The ground beef in the crunchy taco and rolled tacos had no flavor at all. The cheese wasn’t even melted in the cheese enchilada, and the enchilada sauce had no flavor whatsoever. Refried beans and rice were okay, but nothing special. The sauces they sent with our order were super bland, and the guacamole on the rolled tacos had no taste at all. This was my first time ordering from Los Alazanes, and will never order from this location again. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because the rice was decent and the taco shell was crunchy upon arrival. I must mention that our delivery person was great from DD.

It’s really not that hard guys. Just gotta care a little more.
Food presentation was good (see pic). However it was pretty bland. My Carnitas’ had some very dry and hard chunks mixed in with juicy softer chunks. Tells me they are mixing older food with new fresher food.
The plates were flimsy and didn’t hold the food. Two hands or it spills everywhere. The plastic forks and knives are the flimsiest and cheapest you can buy. Couldn’t cut my chimichanga.
Although the dining area was fairly clean the windows were filthy, the tables had remanence of past customers, and the booths are falling apart. Not just one but most.
I won’t be back.
However, all that needs to be done here is for the manager/owner to care enough about what the customer thinks. Then all the issues can be easily resolved. I hope they do.

Whenever I come here I order at least 5 burritos, and they’re so stingy with their carrots. They only give me one tiny bag of carrots and I have to pay extra if I want more. If I’m ordering more than one full size item I expect more than one thing of carrots, at least 2 or 3 for 5 burritos. The food quality hasn’t been tasting that good either, the carne asada tastes days old and is dry. I dislike this location and don’t recommend it to anyone.

HARD BEANS & THEY ARE AWARE AND STILL SELLING OLD BEANS!! I placed this morning and was surprised about the hard beans. No big deal I called just to let them know AND THE COOK SAID “I KNOW THIS IS NOT THE GIRST COMPLAINT ON THE BEANS I THINK THEY ARE OLD BEANS AND THATS WHY THEY DONT GET SOFT,” sooooooo they are KNOWINGLY USING OLD BEANS AND KNOW THEY ARE HARD AND HAVE DONE NOTHING BUT KEEP SERVING THE BEANS??!?!?! I use to LOVE THIS PLACE but I’m so disappointed that they acted like “yeah we know but what do you want” like it’s no big deal so they offered me half off a burrito next time I go. Why do I can have MORE HARD FREAKING BEANS??? I don’t think so.

There are 3 Los Alazanes locations in Victorville and this is the best location if you looking to dine-in. Decent Mexican food, the employees are friendly, the prices are responsible and a clean establishment. The perfect spot for a quick bite to eat, if you tired of fast food places.

This is probably the worst one out of all of the group in the high desert. Food is okay, service at the front counter is pretty bad. Go to the up the one on Mariposa for night and day better food and customer service.

To the cashier with all the clown makeup on, and drawn on eyebrows you need to focus on proper customer service instead of giving attitude when YOU make a mistake. If you don’t like your job then better yourself and get a new one. As paying customers we are entitled to what we PAY for, it wasn’t free. So do your job that’s what they hired you for.
