After visiting Saturday, I later noticed an unauthorized tip added to my charge. I did not write or sign anything — the tip was filled out by someone else. While they are refunding it, this is still extremely concerning and uncomfortable as a customer. It also raises the question of how many other customers this may have happened to who didn’t notice.

Last night was our first time to try McCann Street Grill since they reopened and we will be back. Lillian was our server and made great suggestions for drinks and food. We had potato skins and nachos which both were very good. Fun atmosphere and we will definitely go back.

I was approached by one of the managers while out with a business associate. I found her behavior to be extremely unprofessional, and I followed up, politely and privately via text, to ask that my personal boundaries be respected.
My business associate also expressed feeling uncomfortable with the way she interacted with us.
The next time I visited, I was kicked out.
The nachos? Honestly, I think they’re yummy.
The pizza needs a little work but the fries make up for that. (Definitely gonna miss those fries. )
But unfortunately, it seems this place is run by people who don’t value respect, professionalism, or paying customers.
