Stopped here for a bite and a beer after a hike. Rae, the new owner, served us at the bar. Super friendly and really nice. BF got the Tavern Pint-what deal at $3. We got the Club Sandwich and Caesar Salad with chicken. Both generous portions, delicious and reasonably priced. Would stop by again if we are in the area.

The place was pretty empty, but our biscuits and gravy and breakfast sandwich took about 25 minutes to come out. The bacon and eggs were cold. The eggs were crumbly and brown (overcooked). The breakfast sandwich didn’t have eggs on it (came on the side). The side of pancakes shows a picture of 3 but only came out as one. The potatoes were delicious. The server never came to check on us after bringing the food and we waited quite a while with empty plates before getting up to find the server so we could pay. We came in at 11:20 on a Sunday and lunch was not available. Will not be coming back.

I stopped into Creekside Ale House while waiting for a friend and was immediately intimidated since the bar was full of locals and I didn’t know anyone. Thankfully, the bartender, Brandon, completely changed the experience. He was friendly, attentive, and seemed to know everyone’s name. He kept me company until my friend arrived, which made me feel welcome instead of out of place.
I first ordered an espresso martini, which Brandon tried to make properly, even asking his manager for the right ingredients… but unfortunately, they didn’t have any coffee or espresso on hand. Instead, the manager substituted with a coffee caramel liqueur. It didn’t taste bad, but it’s not how an espresso martini is supposed to be made. Since it’s a common cocktail, I’d recommend the owner take Brandon’s advice and stock the right ingredients so guests get the drink as intended.
On the flip side, the green tea shot was incredible. I ended up ordering two because they were that good. Overall, Creekside is a cozy local spot made better by a skilled and personable bartender. Brandon really made my visit worthwhile, and I’ll be back (hopefully for a proper espresso martini next time).

This is by far my favorite bar in lake stevens. Rey is by far the best owner of a bar i have seen. She makes sure to not only take care of her business but her customers. Seeing the owner behind the bar making a point to help out her workers is so important. Not only is the service exceptional but the food is just as good. I will always recommend this bar!

What an amazing place the new owner has brought this place back to life! The atmosphere is so calm and friendly! I celebrated my one year anniversary after we met here a year ago! So happy we were able to do this! The karaoke is how he met! The karaoke host here is great and I can’t wait to continue our tradition! Thank you Creekside and Rekha for making our day special!

The owner is exquisite, the atmosphere was warm, and the energy is positive. Beautiful people, very approachable, great vibes. I highly recommend this place if you are in town. In fact, I highly recommend the drive if you’re not in town. Trust me, this is the type of place that you want to support. Whoever rated this place less than a 5 is either a competitor or hater. I’ve been coming here almost 20 years, since I turned 21, with my brothers. I respect this place. That said, these were my $13 bull bites. I liked the grill marks but,that was it. My Space dust IPA was completely flat. I waited over 15 min for the waitress to even notice us.
I miss this place, it had good service. I don’t think I’ll ever come back. This is the first negative review I’ve left. But I will stand by it. I hope your visit is much better.

I’ve recently started coming to Creekside. The food is great and I love how big and spacious the inside is and the patio is perfect with a firepit and covered areas. All the patrons have been so nice and welcoming. All of the bartenders are excellent and give quick service. I do have to shout out Ashlee. She is so sweet and so fun behind the bar. She engages with the patrons and always does it with a smile. I specifically have started coming in on her shifts because she makes my experience so pleasant.

Nice and clean with all the bar essentials: pool, darts, music box, pull tabs; even some arcade style games.
Was told the bar has a new owner and id say there doing some good things here with alot being added for daily evening events.
