I was here December 17 at about 615. The staff on duty was highly professional and worked together like a well oiled machine very prompt service as well. They not only knew what they were doing, but they look like they knew what they were doing. Good job to that crew. I will definitely return to this jersey Mike’s.

Just another over-the-top sub sandwich, the Big Bacon Club fixed Mike’s way was awesome today. Don’t bother with all the other SUB par sub sand shops, Jersey Mike’s is the real deal. 5 Thumbs Up for friendly customer service too.. Sure wish the tiny bags of air and 8 chips didn’t cost so much.

I require GF due to Celiacs, and often deal with staff at other locations who are visibly irritated with the GF need. But, the staff at the 8th street location were very accommodating to it and didn’t hesitate to accommodate. Zack, Dagan, and Lorelei are absolutely amazing and did not show inconvenience by it at all! And were also wonderful at greeting everyone who walked in the door while we were dining.

I am so very impressed with this store. I told them I have celiac disease and they immediately changed gloves and wiped EVERYTHING down before making my sub and with a smile. It was also delicious and I definitely will be back again and again!

Everything seemed to clean, staff was friendly, food was great. I listen to Jersey Mike’s commercials on repeat for about 5 minutes. I don’t think we need any Jersey Mike’s commercials when I’m sitting in Jersey Mike’s. The commercials already worked. I’m here. Also, your meat fridge looks a little sketchy.

We love the subs here but the service this last Sunday Aug 24 (around 12:45pm) was very bad. I normally tip BUT last Sunday I did not and my order was placed behind several others so I stood there waiting for quite a while. One sub was put in the bag of another customer (and they had to try to find it). Another sub was delayed (since it was done after tipping customers subs). I’m sorry I did not tip but I recently lost my job so I was trying to save money – I had no idea it would impact the quality and timeliness of the order.

UPDATE: Love this place definitely my favorite sub place in town. They have a wide variety of different subs and their hot sandwiches are heavenly. Ie the big kahuna, Customer service here is excellent recently had an experience where there was a mix up in the order and Trinity and Thomas took care of everything no questions asked. Not only did they fix the problem they made me feel like a valued customer would definitely be coming here again thank you!

The employees at this location are absolutely amazing. Always extremely fast. As a delivery driver I have not once even had to turn my car off. The food has always been done 100% of the time. Specifically one of the workers Michael is an extremely hard dedicated worker.

Unbelievably friendly and lovely service. Subs are authenticate. Not the knockoff crud at other places. They have both hot and cold none of which I can complain about. First time review hands down right here. My pictures are how impressed I was by the gentleman presenting our food. He must be recognized for his outstanding service. He was quick efficient and got right down to business and yet he was kind and friendly. Again hands down 100% gratitude to this place! I couldn’t ask for a better restaurant..
