Another welcome addition to Sunnyvale’s food scene. I visited the day after opening and at 11:30, the line wasn’t very long, while the restaurant was about 1/2 full, with the parking lot completely full. Ordering was quick, and the food came out in about 6 minutes. Everything was fresh and tasty, with my prime rib burger being very hot. I also ordered the cheese curds and fries with the jalapeno fry sauce which is great. Overall, very happy that we have another burger option in Sunnyvale that offers quick service. Customers service and food quality / order accuracy will set Freddy’s apart moving forward!

First and last time at a Freddy’s. I like the menu selection add ons too bad they were paid for and not received. The food was not good. Bland and just not what I was hoping for. I got the breaded chicken and couldn’t finish it and they forgot the fries which questionably was the best part of the meal. Onion rings were actually good. Not sure what I was expecting but certainly was not this.

Got excited to go to the new opening. Fries were way overcooked and hamburger bun falling apart. No onions and came with a giant pile on top. Not a soda drinker, took 5 minutes for someone at the counter to tell me, they dont have any tea anywhere in the building. We’ll stick with the Freddy’s in Terrell

Place is slowwwww I don’t know how they call themselves a fast food establishment. I placed a mobile order hoping it would be quicker than waiting in the long drive thru line. It said on the app my order was ready but when I went to the mobile counter it was not ready and took another 10 mins just to get my food and it was cold!

I normally don’t do reviews, however this one is think I have too. We’ve been here twice now since they opened. First time dined in. It was ok, but way too much mustard on the burgers. That’s all you could taste. Had to scrape over half of it off. They were busy so we didn’t complain. Second time was tonight. Went in to get order to go since drive thru way super busy. Told them light in the mayo & no onions. While waiting it looked like maybe the manager sitting at a table, she got up when they called my number & she walked up beside me as I got my order. As I reached for the fry sauce & she grabbed the container & turned it around towards the girl behind the counter saying this is for to go customers. I looked at her & said so is my bag of food that I’m leaving with not to go & I just walked away. Not too sure if I’ll be back at this point.

Pretty awful experience. Was excited to try Freddy’s for the first time, thankfully the burger and fries were good. Only reason it’s not 1 star.
The cheese curds were soggy and greasy and matched the feel of the place. Felt like a worn down fast food restaurant vs. a newly opened one. Kitchen was visibly dirty and the dining areas were just not well kept. Staff looked lost and uncomfortable in their roles.
The management of this place is failing and clearly does not know how to run a quality restaurant. I blame the poor customer service, lack of cleanliness on whoever is running this Freddy’s.

Gave this place a chance twice now and both experiences have been bad. You have to wait a LONG time for your food, I kept seeing people ask about their food and even get refunds and leave. They didn’t have any fry sauce. My husband ordered a fish sandwich deluxe and they literally just gave him a fish. Nothing else, just a fish. When he said something about it they brought out two buns and put it on there. When he said it was a DELUXE sandwich, like what’s on the menu, they brought out a cold piece of cheese for the sandwich and said “it’s up to the cook how he wants to cook it” Ummm okay? The place was also trashed, tables dirty, trash cans full, soda machine filled to the brim with ice. So many other things I could say but don’t want to sound like a Karen lol. Yeah we won’t come back, just bad.

This is the second time I go by the drive through and they get my order wrong and also didn’t give me my daughter’s order which we realized once I made it home. It looks like the staff is so busy that they are not ensuring that the orders are correct and complete.

I don’t know what the people who left bad reviews were expecting… I just stopped by about 30 minutes ago. Drive thru was fast. Food was hot and the order was correct. I didn’t find this food to contain more salt than all of the other fast food places. 5/5. Look forward to trying more things on their menu.
