If I could rate 0 stars I would. I was picking up an order for my friend and I had 3 orders. I was already late for school and when I got there, I said the order name 3 times. The girl at the front even repeated the name back to me. She looked around and found a receipt and started making the order. She then gave me the bag and I left in a rush trying to get back in time. I got to school and it was an order for a whole different person. Now, they won’t give me a refund nor give me my food even though it was them that messed up my order. Terrible service and very unprofessional.

This location was out of orange chicken and would not make more 20 mins to close with a long line in the drive through, so instead I ordered teriyaki chicken. Got home and realized she did not put teriyaki sauce in the bag so I was left with two servings of dry, poor quality chicken. I ate left over pizza instead because it was so bad. Try another restaurant like Alfonso pizza.

Me and my husband comes here almost every Sunday for lunch now. We love this place, more specifically we love to see Mercy, the manager, she always has this very bright smile on her face, light up my day. We order online, often times 4-8 bigger plates in one order and she never made any mistakes on our pickup order. Food is fresh, atmosphere is clean and friendly. Highly recommended.

Walked here from walmart to find only the drive thru is open which isn’t very welcoming since those who do not own vehicles can’t place an order. The parking lot is ultra congested and i didn’t enjoy eating in my car, where i saw 7 people come up and test the door in the time i was eating my food parked in front of the restaurant.. Food average with eggrolls being hard and tough as if stale. Service hurried and impersonal, but at least courteous, which is better than I can say of other Panda Express locations in the nearby area. ****Update* the dining room is now open.

I’m giving this place one star because the service was bad. It even felt racist. The way we were treated just for being Hispanic was awful, totally different from the way they treated other people who looked American. Bad service, rude attitude, and I didn’t like it at all for that reason. It’s not really about the food, it’s about the way the girl who was working today treated us.”

I take my family to this restaurant almost every single week. Multiple times I’ve gotten beef and broccoli with almost no beef. Have gone through the drive-through or in person and they do not have anything available except for orange chicken. The staff is not very friendly and indifferent that they don’t have any items ready to serve. We will be making other dining choices going forward.
