This review is based solely on the young man working the register this evening 12/22/2025 around 6:45-7pm. I wish I would have gotten his name. He was awesome! I watched him help an older gentleman man out with his order by going into is OWN pocket. He was friendly, professional and just a good vibe all around. He joked with the customers and I definitely left with a smile on my face. Kudos to you young man, you have a great spirit. I joked with him and said “ you messing with everyone tonight.” His reply was “ I just like putting a smile on people’s face.” You definitely did.

I placed my order online, I still had to wait on the pizza when I arrived to the store. While waiting a long time for my order I realized the workers doesn’t wear a hair net and they are using their bare hands making the pizzas while they’re touching other items in the store. This is so disgusting, I ask for a refund and won’t be coming back to this store. Nowadays it’s just best that you cook your own meals at home. And if corporate allows all workers to not wear hairnets and use their bare hands to make the pizzas all the Papa John’s should be closed down

Placed pick up order online 6:06pm, got the text and tracked the order. Get there at 6:30 and it’s not ready, but when we walked in, no greeting, the black girl with no hair net had an attitude and was throwing pans on the floor. No communication whatsoever, or even an apology for those who were waiting. There were 5+ people in the store that had the same issue, and once again the girl didn’t say anything until an older white lady came back and THEN she started saying what was ready. They weren’t understaffed, there was just pure laziness for more than 45 minutes. Most cancelled, but we waited. I even tipped but I will not be returning to this location. They were rude, inconsiderate, no communication until the manager came through, girl wasn’t wearing a hairnet and was rude from the start.

Every time I order from there app the get DoorDash to deliver my order and the DoorDash steals my order and they not we’ll help replace the order. This happened to me over 4 to 5 time. Your wasting your money order here I been scared to order from here since last issue had with that. Spend over 50 dollars lost it because they didn’t want replace the order or refund me my money back. The worst feeling ever.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Tonight I called three times after waiting over an hour got my food! The last young man I spoke to was extremely rude! And this isn’t my first time! The last time I had to drive up to the store after calling multiple times as well! The customer service on night shift is horrible!

Order a medium pizza with sausage and spinach…instead I got a cold cheese pizza… when I called I was told I can only get a 50% off on my next order…had I was able to drive I would have took it back and got my money back

Terrible service. Rude and lazy workers just chatting it up and looking mad at anyone waiting for their order. Waited over an hour after it said it would be ready and they acted like they did me a favor even making the pizza. No wonder they work at a fast food joint after being that old LOL

I was over charged $50 for two extra large pizzas when it should normally cost 34$. If a black young guy in there with dreads running the show, be ready to be over priced. SMH sad stealing from customers. I’m so disappointed.
