Apparently consistency is a thing at this Wendy’s — consistently messing up my order. Three consecutive visits, three different mistakes. At this point it feels less like fast food and more like a social experiment to see how much patience a customer can have.
Lack of attention? Check.
Lack of detail? Absolutely.
Genuine sense that no one cares? Loud and clear.
The level of effort here is honestly shameful. If you don’t like working here, quit. If you think you deserve more money, you might want to develop the basic skill set required to read an order correctly first. This isn’t complicated — it’s Wendy’s, not aerospace engineering.
Do better. Or at least pretend to care.

Okay cold food, but when we came in at 8:40-8:55 1/5/26 the staff stared at us like they were pissed we came in, the guy taking our order seemed so disinterested the lobby was a disaster. Not to mention the loud Hispanic music on a speaker playing! I had my very first date with my husband here and man this place has changed as I was writing this the manager yelled into the lobby “food ready food ready” we chose dine in usually they bring food to the lobby, I really feel bummed after this visit man

Crap food. Old breakfast potatoes, no crisp. Dry sandwich with crap bacon. The only good thing about it was the coke I got because that’s kind of hard to screw up. I want my money back.

Went inside because there was a couple cars in the drive-thru, and they just straight ignored me. I waited 5 minutes and there was 3 people working behind the counter. 2 working the drive through and one cooking. I would have got faster service going in the drive-thru. I’m never coming back here again you guys are terrible and will never get any of my money. Cannot believe that just happened. Will drive an extra mile to go a different location from now on…thanks for being shitty people.

There have been a couple of times where I come by to get breakfast in the morning and their lobby is closed the entire morning when their hours of operation say differently. Employees are watching me outside laughing, while no one is in the resultant. You need to hire a new manager because they are obviously being lazy and don’t want to serve people.

So so so so nasty. Just got my food 5 minutes ago. The drive through man asked if I wanted to switch my potato for fries cause they had to cook the potato…no duh? And I was uncomfortable so I just said yes even though I ordered a side of Fries with my meal. Found a hair in my food and the fries were so old they couldn’t be chewed. And I ordered a chive and sour cream potato with chili and cheese on it. So I just didn’t get what I payed for and I was just gonna ask him to put the sour cream and chives on the fries as well, but before I could even finish my sentence if you shut the window in my face. I was actually so upset he did that. I was nothing but nice when I should’ve been upset. I even let them make me food I didn’t want so it was easier on them. Also I’ve called them 10 times with no answers. And we were the only ones in the drive-through. Just paid $23 for mine and my fiancé’s food and we’re not eating any of it.

This location is close to us so we have been a few times, and literally every single time we have been, they have never once gotten our order correct. This last time, we ordered four meals for our family and ALL FOUR were wrong, but off just enough that it didn’t look like we got someone else’s meal, but they just screwed up ours. Also, they took so absurdly long that people in the drive thru line were leaving without even paying. They’re very close to us, and generally, we like Wendy’s, but this location is horrible.

Ordered 2 Spicy Asiago sandwiches. We got two regular chicken sandwiches. No bacon and not spicy. I also ordered baconator fries which should come with liquid cheese and bacon bits. Instead it came with slice cheese not melted and a slice of bacon on top. This is ridiculous. The service At this Wendy’s is bad, especially late at night.

I love Wendy’s special, your chili and your three workers that work late at night I think the one young man please he got short hair wear his glasses black hair. I believe he has and there’s an older gentleman problem. He’s late 30s maybe 4243. I could be wrong on the H and there’s an other person. I will choose your manager. I don’t know the name sorry She’s got bangs and her hair looks dark as well and they’re really nice people they work so hard I mean for only having three people there at night is pretty cool that they do their best. They can sometimes you get really people that are really rude to them, but that’s part of the job I guess But these three were their butts off really really hard and then I’ve been there during the day and you got like maybe five or six people during the day I just don’t understand why y’all only got three at night, but they’re very very polite especially the young man they all need raises are really good people

The soda fountains were a mess, one only dispensed ice and no soda and the other was only soda and no ice. There was old food and sauces on the tables. Then when we finally got our food it tasted like itd been sitting under a heat lamp for 45 minutes.
