This franchisee and company have become an absolute joke. The food quality has gone down considerably while prices continue to go up and the lack of consistency is unbelievable. I tried to redeem some points in the app. but you can’t without adding a penny which is impossible. The restaurant staff couldn’t redeem the points. The only customer care # they will offer is a # that doesn’t work. The only avenue for communication is a chat bot, which like that app. was probably created by elementary school kids. This absent franchisee is just a time waster.

Having ordered multiple times, it’s a standard location. Does the bare minimum. Doesn’t typically mess up sandwiches. However, utterly abysmal with sides. Ordered Nacho Doritos? Might get Ranch. Ordered chocolate chip cookie? You’re probably getting oatmeal raisin. I mean if you’re out of an item either substitute with requested substitution or refund that item. How are employees washing their hands if the soap dispenser is not only broken but completely empty every time I come here? I frequent here often because I work close by. I have notified the staff several times. I either have to go to the men’s room or take my food back to my office to wash my hands before I eat. There are no bottles of soap on the counter as an alternative option, either.

The young man making the sub is the one that made the difference. You see it’s not about the idea of a sub it is the way he had its ingredients and put it on understanding the customers taste and need. In this young man and I just got it he understood how to make the sub for my taste. It was absolutely amazing.
