We’re regulars at El Ranchito 3 and love this place. The house special fajitas and quesadillas rancheras are our faves and always great, and you can’t be there without margaritas, a must! Food is always good, they come out fast, and customer service is solid. We heard our favorite server Lili just left tho, which honestly makes us not sure we’ll be coming back as often. She was a big reason we did. Still great food overall, and hopefully no more price increases anytime soon. It feels like dishes have gone up about $2 or more this year.

The food is always solid and the atmosphere is great, but what really keeps us coming back is Lily. We’ve been coming here for years, often with large groups for work lunches and meetings with guests, and she consistently delivers outstanding service. She’s attentive, flexible, and genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a great experience. Even the people we bring in from out of town regularly comment on how welcoming and exceptional she is. Lily truly goes the extra mile, and she’s a big reason we keep coming back week after week.

I used to really like this place. But I will no longer give them my business. Lady tried over charging me for my tacos and they really started to skimp out on every thing. Especially the cheese, and meat. Save your self and visit another mexican restaurant. Very disappointed

Best Mexican restaurant in Buffalo!! The food is great and the service and friendly staff really set it apart!!! They are so friendly and genuine! Lily delivers the best service and has made it her priority to get to know us. I travel to Buffalo often to see my team and we always have lunch here while I am in town! It quickly went from a restaurant to our favorite must eat lunch spot!!!!

I usually come here with my co-workers and we almost always have Lily as our server. She is always happy and on top of things. It doesn’t matter if we show up with 3 people or 13 people. She has taken the time to get to know us and more often than not will know what people in our group order.

Great food and a great atmosphere, but the real standout is Lily. We’ve been coming here for years now, often as a large group for work lunches and meals with outside guests, because of the incredible service she consistently provides. Lily is attentive, accommodating, and genuinely focused on making every visit a great experience. Even the guests we bring in from out of town regularly comment on how exceptional she is and how welcoming she makes everyone feel. It was our first time here. The sauce had a bad after taste. The guacamole didn’t taste good. There wasn’t any flavor to it. When I wanted to order tacos they said Cilantro and onion was an addional charge. I decided not to order anything because I was sure what it was going to taste like. My fiancé order a burrito that was okay. After that she hand us our bill. Which is $25. She grab the card and when she came back with the card and receipt she charge us $63 another table food. My fiancé noticed it and told her that’s not our bill. She avoided the transaction and charge us the right amount. We will not be going back. That’s not acceptable at all. We will have to pay attention to our card to make sure everything goes well. Pay attention to your bill when eating there is my advice

We are regulars and love this place! Lily always takes the best care of us! We appreciate how much she accommodates us, usually with large groups also, and always look forward to going in for our weekly chimichangas. I was really craving Mexican food and chose this place because of the many positive reviews. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The salsa oddly tasted like school cafeteria marinara sauce, which was disappointing. The food overall was very plain and bland, especially for the price. Why are the beans grey? The service was just okay.. our server didn’t check on us. Neither me or the people I was dining with offered a drink refill once. Overall, it wasn’t worth what I paid.

This place is amazing. Some of the best enchiladas I’ve had. The guacamole was fantastic, the quesabirria was , and the pineapple fajitas were awesome (pictured below)! Yes, they were in a half pineapple. Service was excellent! Some of the music choices were more of a rap style that’s not for me, but also some more traditional stuff mixed in.
