The pizza is really good here. The staff is always so friendly and so helpful. There was a slight issue with my order.Probably because I miscommunicated. When they fixed it right away, no questions asked and got my order, right. Jefferson, the manager, there was so professional and so helpful and got it corrected for me. Honestly, every time I go there, the pizza is always on time and it’s fresh and it’s hot.I never really have any issues. Great service with a great staff and great management.Thanks to Jefferson. I went to little Ceasars to pickup some pepperoni puff. I was there around five minutes and I inquired how much lower for them when one of the staff said in three minutes. 10 minutes go by, so I decided to ask for my money back. The supervisor/ manager was very rude because I wanted my money back. He was very brash when speaking. I asked him his name and he told me and began to spell it Giavonni. As if I don’t know how to spell. I will never do business with them again. There are two other pizza shops in walking distance with customer service from management team. I should have chose Pizza Hut or Padrinos pizza house. He clearly needs more training. I can’t wait to tell my friends of the bad service. My son was with and couldn’t believe he was the supervisor. Bad example for the staff.

Great customer service. Internet was down and the cashier explained politely that we would need to pay with cash. I went out to find an ATM. Returned in a few minutes and my order was ready. Pizza was hot, fresh and delicious.

Love their thin and crispy! This location is always busy but wait times are minimal. If you order online your pizza will be ready and waiting in the kiosk, no. need to stand in line!! Today I ordered on site for 2 thin & crispy, i think my wait was 10 minutes and I was out the door with my hot pizzas!!!

This location used to be great but over the past year the quality has gone down. So much so I called the store after ordering an Extra Most Bestest Cheese Pizza. I told them the last 3 that I ordered had very little cheese and I am paying for the most cheese. The person on the phone said he will ask them to put more on it. When I picked it up, nothing changed. He said the owner told them to use less to make more profit. At least he was honest. I told him to tell the owner that it’s a shame that I have to add cheese to an extra most bestest cheese and heat in my oven to have enough cheese on it to qualify as an extra cheese pizza. I said they should just charge for a regular cheese pizza since we barely get enough to call it a cheese pizza. I’ll go to Pizza Hut in the future for a cheese lovers.

I want to publicly express my outrage and complete disappointment with the service I received at this pizzeria. I lost my wallet at their location and from the very beginning, they showed a totally indifferent attitude. I asked to check the security cameras and was told only the manager had access. I came back two days later when the manager was supposedly there, and it turns out he didn’t have access either. So who does? Who takes responsibility?
To make things worse, the manager responded in the rudest way possible, telling me not to call anymore because they were “too busy.” I lost all my personal documents, my cash — things that are extremely important to me — and all I got from them was complete disregard and zero willingness to help.
I was very clear: that was the only place I went, so if my wallet went missing, it was there. I also told them I’m returning to my home country in three days, and they still didn’t care at all.
Absolutely shameful. This isn’t just about a wallet — it’s about empathy and responsibility. This could happen to anyone, and the least they could do is try to help. But clearly, they couldn’t care less.

I made a purchase at this restaurant but encountered something quite ridiculous. There are restroom signs for men, women, and disabled individuals clearly displayed on the wall. Naturally, I assumed the restroom was for customers. But the door says ‘Employees Only.’
When I asked about it, they told me the restroom is not for customers. I pointed out the signs, and they said, ‘We put those up ourselves just for decoration.’
Putting public restroom signs on a door that customers aren’t allowed to use is misleading and disrespectful. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable for a business.
