This hand roll spot is a gem! The fish is incredibly fresh, you can taste the quality in every bite. The seaweed is perfectly crunchy. Exactly how a hand roll should be and it really makes each roll pop. Everything we ordered was delicious. You can tell they care about the details and the ingredients. Highly recommend if you love fresh sushi and great flavors!

Stopped by this place after hearing about it from a friend. Excellent hand rolls. Fish was very fresh and what I love most about it is the flavors are unique while still tasting traditional. My favorite hand rolls are the salmon, toro, crab, hamachi, and scallop. But to be honest they were all very delicious. They were out of Uni when I went (a good sign!) so I will have to come by to try it. Returning customer.

I had the most incredible dining experience! The meal was a solid 10/10. Their hand rolls were absolutely amazing – each one had such unique pairings that perfectly complemented the fish. It was an explosion of flavors and textures, and I love that in a meal! It felt so special because I’ve never had those flavors before, which made it even more memorable. The service was top-notch – Miguel and Jeremiah took fantastic care of us. All in all, an exceptional experience – I’ll definitely be back!

We had the best lunch here. The flavors were so unique and the fish was incredibly fresh. The meal left me wanting more. My only feedback is I wish there were a few smaller items to add to the hand roll sets ( crudos, salads or something additional on the menu ). I also wish this concept would open up in Delray Beach or Palm Beach as we have nothing like this by us.

The hand rolls were the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve traveled very extensively throughout Japan, so my standards are quite high!). All the ingredients are exceptionally fresh and the restuarant combines flavors in very unique and interesting ways. Overall its one of the best dining experiences you can have on planet earth

Came here for dinner on a Friday night with my husband and we’re suggested to try their 5 preset sushi hand roll menu. They were all fantastic. My favorite was the salmon roll, it was delicious. Everything tasted fresh and the service was excellent. Miguel, Silvio, and Nick were our servers and they did a fantastic job. We will definitely be coming back again. 10/10

What a unique and fun time we had at Casa Crudo! This will be your go-to hand roll bar. They also serve crudos, rice bowls and omakase. Best way to describe the food is traditional Japanese dishes reinvented with Mediterranean and Korean flavors. Everything is so fresh and flavorful. We started with a very tasty and refreshing Sake. That might be the best Miso soup I’ve ever had as well! Each hand roll is nicely balanced and paired perfectly with its protein. Don’t sleep on their dessert, which has a rich guava taste! This intimate setting is perfect for a date night where you can both experience new flavors together. I highly recommend you stop by Casa Crudo for lunch or dinner soon!
