What happened to Dunkin? Why is their iced coffee so bad? I dont even consider it coffee at this point. It tastes like ice water and cream. When you mess up your go to product like coffee, then you have a problem. Prices are insane for what you get. Service is barely passable. They don’t shake your drink properly so the sugar stays on the bottom. The staff are generally off putting and not nice at all. When you go through drive thru, you get some person almost yelling and rude.

What a shame!

Most convenient location for me but I avoid it. Several times I’ve been asked to reposition or back up my vehicle after stopping at what appears to be the correct spot in order to complete payment or receive my order. It creates an awkward and slightly unsafe situation since I’m trying to avoid getting too close to the building or damaging my mirrors. I appreciate giving jobs to disabled employees but there should be consideration for the customer experience also. My arm is stretched within an inch or two of touching the window and the woman still can’t take my money or return my change or food. It’s pretty ridiculous. The staff isn’t friendly, the orders are usually wrong. Wait times are long even if there is no one else in cue.

They don’t seal their DoorDash orders!! I really don’t understand the difficulty in simple communication with the people at this store. When you DoorDash, they need to send your order SEALED in a bag. They’re fully capable and have done it before. Their competitor Starbucks across the street seals theirs everytime. I’m sick and can’t eat. The only thing I woke up looking forward to was my tea- I called specifically and asked to please seal it in a bag, they place a cup holder in a bag and seal the top, they’ve done it before. I gave the information of my order was told “okay miss no problem” and sure enough my dasher walks in juggling both drinks. This is wrong. I called back and asked why would they do that after I specifically requested they send it sealed?? When the guy finished talking over me and interrupting he decided to blame it on the dasher. Lost my business after several years.

I went through the drive-through to get my sick daughter a regular not specialdonut it cost 223. I gave the man three dollars.
He gave me back $.76 when I asked for the other penny, because I didn’t want the donut to cost more than it already is
He asked me for my change back I gave it to him and then he gave me $.77 in a handful of pennies
With a shitty smirk on his face again I had my sick daughter in the backseat so I couldn’t get out of the car to go in and talk to the manager about his terrible customer service

If I could, I’d give this location zero stars. The staff here is incredibly rude and unprofessional. My experience was so unpleasant that I am never returning to this Dunkin location. They messed up my order, and when I politely pointed it out, I was met with attitude and a rude comment.

I have never experienced service this rude at any Dunkin’ location. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed irritated, dismissive, and completely uninterested in providing basic courtesy. My order was handled carelessly, and when I politely asked about a mistake, I was met with attitude instead of assistance.

This is completely unacceptable for a customer-facing business. I come to Dunkin’ expecting fast, friendly service—not to feel like I’m inconveniencing the staff by being there. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope management addresses the lack of professionalism immediately.

Just went through the drive thru and realized after ordering I didn’t have my wallet, I drove up to the window and told the two men working that I unfortunately needed to cancel my order. Instead of cancelling it they gave us everything and extra donuts for my kids! Amazing customer service and went above and beyond to be kind. I’ll definitely be going back to pay my “tab” and giving extra tips all around! So thankful for them.

This place is geared and designed primarily for the drive through. People on line in the store seem to get less priority.
