I absolutely loved this place! I felt very welcomed by the employees on my first visit here, they were very informative and kind while we took the time to browse the menu and decide on what we would order. The food was made to perfection, I highly recommend the Cranberry Kelly as well as the Fancy Nancy! Their cookies are also to die for! This place will now be my number one go-to food stop when I’m in the area. I think I’ve told probably 20 people about this place since I’ve visited, it’s so good! Thank you to the employees who served us, you guys are wonderful!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Orlando location on February 25.
My bill was $29.72, and I added a $3 tip. When I paid, I was told the card machine had frozen and that the transaction did not go through, so I was asked to run my card again. Later, I checked my bank account and saw that both transactions were processed. I was charged twice for the same meal.
What concerns me most is not just the duplicate charge, but the lack of accountability and care when handling payments. This kind of mistake should not happen, and it creates unnecessary stress for customers who then have to chase refunds.
I expect businesses to have reliable payment systems and proper oversight. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet that basic standard.
I hope management addresses this issue seriously so it does not happen to other customers.

I’ve been wanting to try Chicken Salad Chick, but he locations close to my house aren’t convenient, so I’ve never been… Until I visited Orlando and was seeking lunch soon after arriving and saw this one a mile away.
Since I’d never been, I wasn’t familiar with the menu and when I saw how they categorized it, I immediately fixated on the spicy section, which all looked pretty good. Then the young girl working the counter told me I could try samples, so I got a sample of Jalapeño Holly and it was really good! It had a nice kick to it, but wasn’t overly spicy. The chicken tasted good and fresh and there wasn’t much mayo at all. So, I opted for this on a toasted wheat sandwich. I also tried their pasta salad as my side.
I loved the sandwich. I wasn’t too partial to the pasta salad, it was dry and flavorless. They have soups of the day and the day I went, they had a poblano soup, so I got a cup of it and that had a nice flavor to it. Their cookie to finish was really good too!
I’m so glad I finally got to try them! I was also happy to see that they offered an egg salad menu too!! I definitely will return!

I don’t even like chicken salad and this place was SO good!!!!! I absolutely devoured the food it was so so incredibly flavorful. Already zoomed to the top of my favorite restaurants.

A new favorite restaurant!!! Absolutely LOVE the delicious food here!! I have been here to eat inside maybe 4 times in the past 2 months. Also been there twice to just pick up some chicken salad to take home so I can eat some for meals at home. It’s just THAT GOOD!!! Drive over two hours to get a weekly fix this place’s delicious chicken salad. Simply just the best and addictive. Until they get one closer to home, we’ll be taking the weekly drive. Also the best egg salad. Eat in house or grab to go and take home. I’m waiting for tuna and turkey salad. Fantastic white chocolate layer cake.

The service here is fantastic, everyone is so friendly. If you get the meal it costs $10.99 and you pick which chicken salad and if you want it as a scoop or on a sandwich. I always get a sandwich I used to like the croissant but after trying their homemade white bread that’s all I ever get now. Then you either get a side or a cup of soup or you can have an additional scoop of chicken salad with crackers. You also get one of their signature cookies for dessert. My family likes the sriracha chicken salad but I’m a wuss and I always get the cranberry Kelly which has craisins and slivered almonds. LOVE IT!

So, so good. My husband and I stumbled on this place. The food was so good and reasonably priced. I also tried the watermelon tea, which was on the sweet side but so good! I would absolutely recommend this place. Truly a unique idea. We hope to see one near us some time soon!

I was helped by Bia today and she was absolute amazing. This was our first time visiting and she spent about ten minutes explaining the menu to us, as well as allowing us to try many flavors.
