Ordered the 12.29 meal from long John silvers and it was tiny pieces of chicken and the fish was burnt. Then the older man that was cooking chicken went to restroom.amd walked out with out washing his hands. And when asked for corporate numer the refused to give me the number. It was the most shitty service I have ever had . This location needs to be shut down. The food taste burnt like.grease was not changed out. And the black guy with pink hat was rude about it when I showed him the food and asked for a better box and food.

The food was not good. It wasn’t fresh and I ordered just chicken strips and was charged the full price of a combo.
Why would I pay $14 for 3 chicken strips?
The service wasn’t friendly either when I asked about the charge.
I’ll go elsewhere for better food at a better value

Head wait a very long time for our order then it was very expensive. Very expensive. The dessert was very plain. Apple had very few apples or fruit in them so prefab truly not a good place to get a fish dinner that I mentioned. It was way too expensive. We ordered a 14-piece meal through the drive thru, and we didn’t get 14 pieces, we only got 7 thighs and 4 drum sticks, and the fries weren’t even halfway full. Customers should get what they pay for. Make sure you go out of your way and count the chicken they give you, specially through the drive thru

Went there Tuesday for the special. Took almost an hour to get a bucket of chicken and 1 breast. Got home and they had put the breast in the bucket with the thighs and legs, could not tell which was which. I not even sure if I got the breast I paid for.
Very poor service and product. Next time I will go to a different KFC

I just went thru the drive thru and ordered an L6 (piece of fish and shrimp) with Cole slaw. I pull to the window and pay. I get pulled. Cool, I’m probably getting fresh food. There’s another person pulled in front of me. A couple minutes go by and someone brings out both of the orders. First guy gets his, I get mine. I check mine and it’s not correct. The guy in front of me had gotten my order and I’d gotten his. The lobby closes at 7 and this was probably 7:15 or so. So we go to the drive thru window and explain we were given the wrong orders. The guy says he’s already eaten off some. The manager or whoever the guy was that brought our food out to us starts complaining about having to remake our food loud enough to where we can hear. Some of his exact words were “the food is perfectly fine!!!” I’m sorry but it’s not perfectly fine when it’s been eaten off of and touched by other people!! He remakes both orders but is slinging the boxes around as he put them in the bag and on the counter for the girl to give us. We start walking back to our vehicles and check our new orders and they’re both wrong again!!! The picture attached is of the replacement food. (I took a bite of the fish). The drive thru window says they don’t offer refunds but want to make sure you’re satisfied. I am not satisfied with being given the wrong order twice and an employee being rude about having to remake food that’s already been touched and eaten off of!

This is one of the cleanest KFC/Long John Silver’s I’ve been in. Very nearly immaculate and well lit and nicely decorated. The young man (Dillon) behind the counter was friendly, attentive, and great with customer service. It is the best customer service I’ve had at a fast food place in a long time. Definitely recommend.

Not happy with LJS. First, they no longer allow you to substitute chicken for fish, even though they are the exact same price.

I went for a fish and chicken dinner. Some of the food was fine, some were extremely burned. (See photos, that’s 2 pieces of chicken in the photo, see the difference)

The price had gone up on this platter… it’s not shown on the menu. After being told the total I know why. I asked about why it was so expensive. I pointed out I could have got two other meals, a fish and a chicken, and gotten extra sides for less money. The guy responded with “Yeah, probably. I don’t know.”
Ok then, great customer service!
It’s clear that LJS isn’t interested in satisfied and return customers, only how can we get another quick buck from ya.

Sometimes it’s good food, sometimes it’s burnt or even greasy… I’m guessing maybe old oil in the fryers? Anyway, they are hit and miss on the food, usually a miss on service and way off on price. Too bad, LJS used to be a treat. ☹️

I miss LJS, they both went out in my area. LJS/KFC combo was fantastic. The associate (manager) taking my order was fast, friendly, and very polite. Can’t wait to visit again.

Notice: dine-in is not available as of August 2022! The chicken tenders I ordered were soggy and most parts of the meat were mushy. The fries were either cooked in old grease or they were sitting out for some time. The biscuits, chocolate chip cookies, and drinks are good. Customer service was very good as well.
