EAT HERE! about two weeks ago, we had to stop by to pick up chicken from this particular restaurant because we were out of time for supper and just wanted something quick and easy. Not only was it quick and easy, the order was correct and THE CHICKEN WAS AMAZING!!!
An entire 8 pc bucket of chicken was on the photographed wax paper with this post. As long as they make chicken this good, I’d eat here everyday if i lived/worked on Greenwood!!
We ate here again tonight and it was also delicious, perfect order, crispy/juicy, fresh chicken – so heads up-something’s changed here & for the better!!

My order was supposed to be ready at 7:17. I did not leave till 7:47. No one has name tags on. No one would even tell me the managers name
Another customer came in from the drive thru saying they had waited 20 minutes on their tender meal. They offered the customer more tenders in exchange for leaving without a biscuit.

When I asked the workers for the managers name I was asked why I wanted it. I explained this was the third time this had happened and I wanted to report it. She said to me “Why do you keep ordering here then?” I cant imagine a place that tells people not to come back. The chicken ended up being breaded badly as well as under cooked. Added photos.

This is the nastiest restaurant I’ve ever stuck my foot in. We go thru drive thru, pull up to order, well the speaker is literally blocking the menu screen. Pull up and pay for food, told to pull in parking space so we did. Waited 14mins on a female employee to walk up and stop right behind driver door and dropped the bag in window. She never spoke a word cause she was just that rude, turned walked away. We open bag to see if all was there, of course it wasn’t. Meanwhile noticing the food was cold?? So I get out and walk up to same female that dropped the bag off and politely told her they forgot the tators and gravy. She never looked up from her phone but said ok. I stand there waiting and finally said I wasn’t going back to car so we enter restaurant. The floors had so much grease on them I almost busted my butt. It is just plain nasty in there. Several people behind counter. Not one of them attempted to get my tators. After approximately 7mins I told another customer as nasty as this lobby is id be scared to even eat the food. Then a tall whatever said I smell white?? Oh boy here we go again, using my skin color for justification of his laziness and disrespect. I left without the tators came home and tossed both meals outside cause after the racist comment I sure as hell didn’t plan to eat the food . KFC you owe me $ 28.00. Best believe your store cost you my business from now on. Get some employees with a lil courtesy and ump to get the job done. By the looks of that place you need to fire em all including yourself. What a terrible waste of money. My husband ordered the buffet and they had one thing in the cold food section, no chicken (a chicken place with no chicken,either kind), the temperature was not correct in the hot section. The mashed potatoes were ice cold literally as was the gravy.pot pie, etc. They had run out of napkins and all the other cold items and the tea. The bathrooms were filthy.
They didn’t care. They came up with excuses after excuses. This was the one on the bypass. I ordered a sandwich instead
and it took 30 minutes to get. I was ready to leave at this point.
I finally got the sandwich with cold potatoes. I complained and she went and got some hot ones from the back. The excuse was one of the girls had put the potatoes in the cold section. That whole section is supposed to be hot. My husband told them DHEC requires hot food to be a certain temperature, They grumbled. Don’t waste your money here. I heard several families say they would not be back and neither will we.

Got a bucket of chicken and I asked the chicken be split in half. Original and extra crispy. The girl who took the order repeated I wanted a half and half mix. I get home and its all extra crispy. Guess its too hard to give me what I ordered.

Didn’t even get to order my food the lady with the tattoos all over her face would rather stand there and talk to one of her friends at the register than take the peoples orders and let’s not even mention the B on the door. Workers in the back being loud and disruptive. No hair nets, no gloves, all around bad experience.

They take 20 minutes just to make your food so by the time you get it, your break will be over and you won’t even be able to eat your it. Terrible customer service as well, not once did I get any sympathy or an apology for wasting my ENTIRE break waiting.
If you want fast food, go anywhere BUT here. They are not “fast food” they are slow as hell acting like they are in slow motion.

I got their Chicken Sandwich and it was Fresh Up and Really Tasty ! On another trip , I got 2 piece Chicken , breast and a wing , one side and biscuit and drink $8.00 and change . It was VERY GOOD ! On yet another trip we got Chicken , Mac & Cheese Bowl and Chicken Strips and Their Delicious French Fries ! The Fries are Really , Really Good. Consistency Counts. Thanks for A Job Well Done ! And Thanks Again !
