Ordered thru Uber Eats and I called the store to make a complaint about the food being cold when it was delivered. They said it was the Delivery Driver’s fault that it’s cold. The order was picked up at 6:04 pm and delivered by 6:14 pm. The bag should have retained the heat for 10 mins. The person i talked to on the phone was not trying to make things right and had a poor attitude.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered a hook and ladder and they put no meat on the sandwich. I make it home 20mins later called them and tell them the error and the guy who was on the register and rung me up laughed and did nothing to correct the issue. I will NEVER recommend this location. How do you forget meat on a sandwich that was 15 dollars and time wasted.

Extreme lack of quality control. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s not. 3 slices of meat for a 9 dollar sub.
EDIT: To answer vendor question: I brought my sub up to the counter and told them about the meat issue. When I asked if they card to remake it, they said they could but it would have the same amount of meat because they slice it in advance (who knows how far…). I have not been back since (nor do I plan to return for a while), so I can’t comment on if the problem has been corrected.
