I arrived after the dinner crowd had dissipated. I was a solo diner but the service I received was very attentive as if my table had more people. Service with a smile. My water glass was always full and my tea pot was always replenished with more hot water.
I was really hoping the food would have been more flavorful, though. I ordered 2 dishes: Pad thai and Shrimp with lobster sauce. I was disappointed that both were pretty bland. Originally, I was going to order a sushi roll instead of the shrimp but I guess the sushi chefs had already left because I was told that I couldn’t order from that part of the menu.
As a solo diner, I obviously didn’t finish both dishes (although I could have as I have in the past). The server was very nice and packed dishes both for me. I had finished my brown rice so I was only expecting the main dishes to be packed in boxes. When I got home, they had packed another serving of brown rice for me. That was really nice of them!

Most rudest server have ever seen. Has no patience whatsoever. Should never be a server. We have eaten at this location many times. We always try not to get him as a server. Every time we’ve had him as a server he’s always been approved. This last time was the worst we got up and locked out. Have the other email servers are great. We called in to complain and we were brushed off.

Definitely a better atmosphere than the Los alamitos location. This one is more roomy. However, they don’t have fountain soda drinks. Service was great. Fast as always. Sometimes a bit too fast, but I’d rather have fast service over slow service any day. Didn’t try their Sushi typically just come for their lunch menu which is amazing.

Best orange chicken, with a nice flavorful rich sauce. Mongolian Beef was lacking flavor and needed a hit of soy sauce. The fried rice also needed soy sauce. The egg roll was unimpressive and tiny. The egg flower soup and the hot sour soup were excellent with rich flavors.

Absolute favorite Asian fusion restaurant. We prefer the fountain valley location. The interior is beautiful with umbrellas hanging from the roof and a relaxing interior. The sushi bar is delicious and you can watch sports and enjoy your drink.
The menu was created to be healthy with less salt and gluten-free options.

The food at Fortune Cookies is amazing! My favorite is the honey walnut shrimp. It’s always cooked to perfection and the sauce is to die for. Their chicken and beef options are great choices too. You really can’t go wrong.
There is a little wait time for your food because it is made fresh to order but it’s well worth the wait. Prices are moderate and staff is friendly.
