Staff was really rude. They need to take classes for Customer service and anger management. And the manager ignored my complain. There are ways to talk to customers. I never complain but she was really rude. Never again coming to this location. By the time I got home my food was cold. And to top it off thinking that I made there life easier by ordering through the Burger King app.

Good food no problem here , the team members definitely need to be re-trained or re staffed with more customer friendly staff. The staff member “ Rosie” was extremely rude to me when taking my order in the drive through and refused to give me her store number and name claiming it was on the receipt, with was not given to me or taped on my bag or food. I got off and walked into the store which she refused to help me and clammed she was the person in charge. With this Burger King being locally owned and operated I hope this message reaches out to someone who cares. As a loyal paying customer of this franchise ( since 2001) I will no longer be coming to this location.

Rude staff. Needs to have more training on customer service in specific the older sassy gentleman. Was rude for no reason and they still got my order wrong didn’t even bother going back because of the customer service I received while ordering.

I stopped by this remodeled Burger King in maywood and to my surprise is very clean employees very nice, friendly and helpful but what the heck they covered all windows and doors with publicity of kun fu panda and it feels like your in jail no can see in or out stupid if you ask me won’t take my family because feels like a box nice clean box
