Waited 45 min for a mobile order. Was told they prioritize drive thru over mobile orders. Had at least 5 people who came in after me get their order before me. Asked for my drinks to be new since they had been fixed prior to my arrival and was handed empty cups.

This is the absolute worst Zaxbys I’ve ever gotten food from. Ordered two boneless wing meals and everything was cold. The fries were barely even cooked. Like How do you mess up French fries? Seriously so mad I wasted my money on inedible food.

The worst zaxbys I’ve ever visited. Nice people but a drive thru is meant to service customers quickly. Ive worked a zaxbys fingers only take 6 minutes to cook, why are we sitting in the drive thru for 22 minutes? I get being short staffed but unless there’s only 1 cook this is crazy. Won’t be Back!

Staff were not competent enough to listen to the order. Then over charged for food and tried to charge us more money. We paid $38.14 for a 30 piece family meal. Staff tried to say that was for chicken only. Then, tried to fix the issue refunding us only 34.18 and asked for more money for food we had paid for! Please learn to read, write, add and listen before accepting jobs that deal with money, food and public.

I wanna start off by saying everyone that is working. Here are very great. My issues aren’t with the employees. My issue is the fact that these employees are working in terrible conditions. They have no running AC at this location it’s currently 104° outside. It’s inhumane to have people working in a kitchen setting with no running AC. Furthermore, if you’re trying to beat the heat yourself as a customer it’s impossible you can’t go inside and sit down and enjoy your meal because it is so hot and stuffy that it ruins your appetite. again, something needs to be done about this or I will no longer be a customer at this location and I frequent there almost daily but after seeing these conditions, I refuse to put these people through more hell by making me something to eat while it’s already probably 120° inside Thank you for your concerns Zaxbys please do something to fix this problem.

Waited 15-20 min in the drive thru for 2 kids meals and a chicken finger plate. The customer behind me ordered food for 4, and received before, and my order was only partially filled (ordered cheese bites which I learned later were not in the bag… Too far gone to turn around). Be better, Zaxby’s.
