Why didn’t I bring it to their attention then and there you say? Well, they were busy and I wasn’t sure what would be served next.
Found this pretty caterpillar in my sandwich. It was alive! While I was trying to contact the customer service, the caterpillar was still eating! Don’t go there!
Never again…
Upon my arrival I noticed that there was plenty of parking, the building was huge and they had a beautiful outdoor sitting area.
When I walked up to the counter to order the lady working was so very sweet. She greeted me with a huge smile and asked how she could help. I’d eaten a little earlier in the day but would feel like a “jerk” not ordering something, while sitting there sucking up some of their WiFi. So, I ordered a Caesar Salad with extra dressing and parmesan cheese. Don’t y’all start with me – y’all KNOW I LOVE my extras.
I proceeded to wait on my order and an equally friendly man presented my order across the counter. He was very personable and the presentation of the food made my salad look like it was a gourmet treat.
As I walked to a table I noticed how clean everything was. No crap on the tables or the seats. No trash all over the floor and the trash area itself was quite tidy. It was nice and quiet and the music wasn’t obnoxious and loud. Me and another gentleman complimented each other’s humming voices while we shared a mutual vibe groovin’ to an old skool classic.
I tore into that delicious salad and enjoyed every morsel. That’s probably why I didn’t think to take a picture of it until it was at least half way gone. My bad!
To wrap this up check this Panera out if you’re in the area. The staff is wonderful, the presentation and quality of the food is impeccable, there’s plenty of seating options indoors and outside and it’s clean as a whistle. Gon’ ahead and get you a Caesar Salad too, with all the “extras” your heart ❤ desires.
The staff were interesting and engaging with me and others. I love personable customer service associates when I go out!
Thank you all for your hardwork!
Found out my dog was dying yesterday so I went to Panera to get some comfort food this morning and get him an Asiago bagel which he goes crazy for. The lady taking my order at the register had an attitude the whole time, was extremely rude to me and had a problem with everything I tried to order and kept making snide remarks about every customization I asked for. I ended up walking out and told her to forget it and that there was no reason for her to be rude to me. Not okay, I’m already going through a tough time, all I wanted was some damn Panera for my dog and I. If a manager or something is reading this, it was right at 10:28am on September 23rd, 2025, she was an older tall white lady with her hair in a ponytail wearing a hat. She needs a talking to about keeping her comments to herself and treating customers with patience and kindness.
I showed my online order to Juanita at the counter and explained the situation. She saw the error message but told me she couldn’t help, saying that the offer was only available through the app. I accepted this and provided my order. When she asked for my customer number, she entered it and saw all my redemptions. She asked me which one I wanted to redeem, and I said the soup, but she said no.
I asked to speak to the manager, thinking they might be able to help, but she told me there was no manager on duty. I found her attitude to be rude, short, and unhelpful. It was clear to me that there was someone in charge—it was her. I confirmed that when I asked another employee who gave me my order and her name as well.
I am very disappointed with the customer service at this store, especially with Juanita’s unwillingness to assist me when it was evident that the Panera app was not functioning properly.
To top it off, once I got to the car with my order, I noticed that I had bread instead of chips, after Juanita specifically asked me, and I said chips.
