So it’s hit or miss here. Sometimes my drink (iced latte) is on point, sometimes it’s literally flavored milk. Like actually. We’ve gotten one a few times now that had so much sweetener my stomach hurt after sipping it- it was like drinking the sweetener syrup not coffee/milk. Yes, I did mix it up like you’re supposed to- it was still like drinking syrup. No idea how that even happens. Other times like I said- the latte is flavored milk. Like, it’s straight up white not tan. Very very confusing I’m not sure, again, how that even happens. Truly. Baffling.
The most unfortunate though is how they are cleared out most mornings. I’m not sure what’s going on with their inventory ordering process, but you shouldn’t be sold out of all donuts and pastries by 9am. That’s crazy. I’m happy they’re successful but I mean come on. Specifically the holiday munchkins. Just simply order more if you know people clear them out… I don’t know. But it’s all just unfortunate.
Oh, lastly, it is impossible to get a mobile order refund which is super upsetting. I am owed quite a bit of money because I ordered things they apparently didn’t have in stock. I’ve emailed corporate numerous times and silence. Then the actual restaurant is zero help when in my opinion they should at least issue a gift card for the amount.

Great coffee shop! The latte was perfectly smooth and flavorful, and the barista was super friendly. Cozy atmosphere with plenty of seating, perfect for working or chilling. Pastries were fresh too. Definitely my new go-to spot!

I waited 25 minutes for my order (2 drinks). There were a number of us in the building and the manager told the employees (quite loudly) to focus on drive-thru and that people in the building could wait. I ordered ahead to allow time for them to make my drinks, but they still didn’t consider that when prioritizing others. When I received the drinks, the chai was scalding hot and my frozen coffee didn’t have any mocha sauce.

I have traveled all over New England and have tried hundreds of Dunkin’ Donuts. This has got to be arguably with out contest the worst one I have ever went to. The service is absolutely horrendous every time. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt multiple times and it is always terrible. Whoever owns this franchise of Dunkin should be ashamed.

I’ve had repeated issues with the drive-thru at this Dunkin’ location, and the most recent visit finally pushed me to leave a review.
I arrived shortly before the posted 6:00 PM closing time, but the store had already shut down around 5:45. The lights were still on and there was no sign indicating an early closure, so customers were left waiting in the drive-thru with no response.
This isn’t a one-time problem. I’ve had multiple visits here — including late at night when there were no other cars — where I waited several minutes just to be acknowledged. On more than one occasion, the employee appeared distracted and on their phone while customers were waiting.
I understand things happen, but consistently leaving people waiting without acknowledgment, or closing early without notice, is frustrating and avoidable. I’m hoping management addresses this, because it’s been a recurring issue.
This is late afternoon and night issues with this place.

the worst dunkin in the area by far! so unprofessional, and i swear not a single worker knows what they’re doing. why is it taking 15+ minutes for a cup of black coffee when the drive through and inside is empty? also i have overheard MANY unpleasant things coming from workers in the back. if i could give 0 stars i woulf but 0/100000000 would NOT recommend. the 10 minute drive to candia or epping is worth it

Used to go there every night and they were great. Since they got rid of the woman that was on opening shift it’s gone completely downhill. The guy that’s usually on micgroan and sighs anytime you order more then one thing and makes it clear your inconvenience him. They somehow don’t know if they have donuts and munchkins despite them already having started trading them and being visible at the window. And they never have food anymore even an hour after opening.

Super slow. You’ll stand at the counter for 10 minutes sometimes before someone comes over. The refreshers taste like they have cleaning solution in them. I thought it was me at first but this is the third one in a row I’ve had to throw away. I only go there twice a week and totally forgot to not order one. The food is usually burnt. They’re nice but the service could be better.

I ordered two drinks and I waited at the window for 5-10 minutes until someone asked me “what -“are you waiting for” to which I replied with the answer. Eventually I got my drinks and asked if I could have munchkins for my dogs. This was replied with this women who acts like she’s in an anime to throw her head back and exclaim, “no matter how many times I tell people, we have discontinued giving munchkins out for dogs! I’ve been a saying this for months.” … that was the first time I was made aware of that and idk if that type of reaction is warranted.

orders are never done when a mobile order is put in after like 6pm, and then every single night they claim to be cleaning their ovens at the same time when every single other dunkin ive worked at/been threw always cleans them separately. so i never get my food. they honestly seem lazy to me
