Great set up. Lots of Tables to eat at, the front section has a movie playing. The order and pick up windows are separate so the line keeps moving. There is also a drive thru. The new playground is awesome!

The place has a nice safe and family friendly vibe, with books to read for the kids, TVs, and sound system for entertainment and CCTV surveillance.
The facilities were renovated, modern and clean. There were several personalised details in wrought iron to add to the design aesthetics and ambience, including custom lamps in the restaurant and even in their parking lot, and branded picnic tables.

We visited with a large church group, everyone got a small ice-cream, for around 5 dollars, and everyone got a huge amount of ice-cream. It was great!
The ice cream was good, with a good variety, but nothing overwhelming.

Inconsistent soft serve. The good one is the photo on the left. The bad one is the photo on the right- it tastes like ice milk and is not creamy, and has an icier/grittier texture. The mixes taste and feel completely different. It seems like they have a backup machine with cheaper mix that they use later in the day or when the other machine is getting too soupy/ too busy. My family would drive 25mins here multiple times per week to enjoy their soft serve, but we are going somewhere else now because it’s too inconsistent and not worth the trip only to be disappointed.

The ice cream is great at Kirtland Creamery but it is the staff that really makes your experience outstanding. They’re always very friendly and helpful and even when they’re incredibly busy, they’re never too busy to be sweet to our 4 year old. Which I find very special.

Beautiful place with TV’s and a great family atmosphere. The ice cream is ridiculous! Try the bourbon butter, it’s the greatest ice cream I’ve ever tasted. Service is impeccable.
