You almost always get that – but not this place – there was almost no one else there but the order took 20 minutes- eggs were cold – hash browns were cold – literally room temp- no idea why the cook just let it sit- sausage burned to a crisp

I had the all star meal with the peach waffles. The waffles were absolutely amazing. I was so surprised they were that good, I’d highly recommend them. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed and rushed so she did get to us alittle late, but other than that the staff seemed nice and the place was clean.

The staff is always awesome! They greet ya when you come in. Your waitress is always to the table within minutes with silverware and drinks or to take drink orders. Food was ready very quickly and was cooked perfectly!

Service is terrible and staff was extremely disrespectful. I was randomly approached by a lady behind the counter named Renee who cursed me out and got very physical. I was forcefully shoved out of the store after simply relaying to my friends that she said they were doing to-go orders only (most likely because every table was filthy and nobody bothered cleaning them up for everyone else inside). Please don’t waste your time giving this place your business unless you want to end up as miserable as the staff that works there.

By far the worst customer service I have ever received at a waffle house. From the moment we walked the ladies working had a chip on their shoulder. The one lady nearly took my head off when we went to sit at a table that was clear, but hadn’t been wiped. So I asked her if she was having a good day. She didn’t like that to much, because she got very rude. Then when our server was taking our order she was very short, and bitter. The restaurant was gross. 8 tables in the whole place and 5 tables just sitting there dirty the whole 45 minutes we were there.

all i had to do was walk to the door.
writing this in the coldest of booths
a bit of sausage still stuck in my tooth’s.
as a food critic my judgment is harsh;
but this is the best waffle house in the marsh.
