I have always loved cooking and having a houseful of friends and family to cook for. Now, with a restaurant of my own, I can! When it came to picking a name for my restaurant, I knew it had to include the Jolly family name in some way. My parents owned a restaurant years ago, and it only felt fitting to incorporate the Jolly family name in my own restaurant’s title in honor of my family. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where everyone can sit down and have a wholesome, family-style meal. I strive to use quality ingredients as a standard rule, as well as to employ more green business practices. It is my primary aspiration to create an environment so welcoming and comfortable that you will want to return over and over.

Conor says it’s the BEST biscuits and gravy he’s ever had. That is high praise indeed! We started with a fresh baked cookie that was truly amazing. It was busy and we did wait quite a long time for our food but the staff was friendly and they hustled, so you felt taken care of.

Had one of the best breakfast meals I have had in a long time! Denver omelette was excellent and perfectly done. Had a side order of home made corned beef hash as well that was outstanding. No canned stuff here! Food was hot and service was great. Highly recommended.

I was nicely surprised at how friendly and accommodating our server Marie was. She went out of her way to make sure our dining experience was amazing.
Everything was cooked exactly as we ordered it. The biscuits and gravy was homemade and delicious. The omelet was light and fluffy. My bacon was crispy as were the hash browns.

The Jolly Plate absolutely nailed it. The staff was incredibly attentive from the moment we walked in, and the biscuits and gravy were hands-down the best I’ve ever had—no exaggeration.
If you’re looking for an amazing breakfast that doesn’t break the bank, this is the spot. Huge credit to Kelly Savich and the whole team for running such a great place. We’ll definitely be back.

Just Me
Really miss Marie and when I asked if she was working, the lady waiting on us said, “We let her go!” I felt that was unnecessary. She could’ve just stated that Marie was no longer there. It was none of my business that they terminated her! This waitress was also a tad bit rude, we eventually got her to warm up to us. But, that’s not the customers job. At this point I may or may not return. The food is great! The atmosphere is very clicky now. There was only about 5 or 6 customers when we arrived.

We have drove past this place quite a few times in the past 3 years and decided to stop in today. I’m really glad we did.
Our waitress was incredible. She was fast with coffee and checking in on us. She was very helpful with the menu and extremely personable.
The food came quickly and was generous in the portions. Everything was delicious. The pancakes were thick and fluffy and the hash in particular was outstanding.
We highly recommend the Jolly Plate if you live or are passing through the area.
