I had my daughter to take me to get a quick bite. At chicken-fil-a . I order a 4 piece chicken tender combo. But what I receive was chicken nugget combo. I didn’t check the order . Because, I had never got a wrong order before. I called the restaurant where I purchase it at. No answer, I called again. It gave me a person in Atlanta Georgia. There is no one in Oklahoma to pick up the phone. She gave me a meal discount like a sandwich. Strips or nugget and the side. A reward She call it for me to redam at 2 different times I can’t get both together. I order my combo at 1 time I should be able to get the tenders and the side together, not separate very disappointed.

Disappointed. I politely asked about my carry out order, waiting 5 minutes and received a balled up chicken biscuit with bread falling a part as soon as I open the paper. Just do better. I’m willing to wait an extra 2 minutes if It means my food isn’t balled up and smooshed.

This location is quickly becoming one of those that you need to check your food before you leave. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review but this isn’t the first or second or third time I’ve ordered and driven all the way home or to work only to open my bag to an incorrect order – it’s just far enough that I’m not turning around I’ll just eat it and be unhappy. No other location in the metro is like this, orders are consistently: not repeated back to you, incorrect portion size, incorrect altogether. The staff is less than enthusiastic most of the time and the atmosphere in general is not very Chick-fil-A like.

I always leave feeling good about my staff interactions and the service, not here. Girl that took order mumbled, didn’t greet me correctly, and kept saying “anything else” after each item ordered. At payment time she just stuck the cc processing in my face, then went to lean on the pole.
I’ve been in the pick up line for 5 minutes. Then they brought my food but my car remained boxed in so getting my food early wasn’t helpful. The girl that brought it was nice.
My salad looked good on top but had nasty slimy lettuce hidden below and the grilled chicken was cold.
For this place-just say no!

This is the best Chick Fil A in the metro, for sure! Best employees and management! So helpful and kind! Let my kids make their own ice cream even though it’s 12:00 and the lunch rush! I’ll go out of my way to come to this location!! Thank you so much for a lovely experience!!

Food is always wrong and taste like it been sitting out all day. When you go inside you’re waiting a good 5 minutes even when nobody is in line. And then the employees can’t comprehend that they got the order wrong. I literally had to explain it 5 times that I was supposed to get “this” and I got “that” instead. No apologies, just straight attitude. Worst chick fil a ever.

As I never been to one of the fast food places and id have to say the people working there have some weirdness about them the way they come and talk to you and also I almost left as I couldn’t see paying ten dollars for four chicken strips .regardless of how its made .probably won’t be back. Should get some grilled chicken strips .be more healthy. Deep fried is not the way to eat.

Great location with up to date equipment and service,except the line a car ahead of me had a big order and sat at sliding doors waiting for his order instead of being told to pull up and they bring it out, my simple order came out and we waited in line behind this car for 6 min and 37 seconds while other line moved freely. The cars behind me waited in the same line also. Food was delicious had to start eating in car so it would be super fresh. Another awesome location though. Blake great at taking our order and showing us how to use gift cards manually inputted,excellent service by him.

Editing due to unprofessional, Really tried to be nice on here, but it’s just too unprofessional, I see what other people are complaining about. Can’t get customized orders right, Cold cheeses, gluten free buns served still in the sealed pouch didn’t bother to make the sandwich with them. They laughed at me when I stated that the cheeses were cold as you can see I ordered an additional slice of Colby and they decided to slap it next to the American cheese both cold. In the second picture you’ll see what it’s supposed to look like because they laughed at me and they deserve to know what I was complaining about
!(in order to avoid accidents exiting into classen, please use McKinley ave on west side of Chick-fil-A, which turns into northside coming out next to IHOP)! Finally opened in a much needed location. Online Pickup orders were slow but I understand it’s going to take time for staff to get adjusted to the new flow of orders. The same professional service is outstanding as always. The outside seating must be one of the nicest so far. The entrance and exit could be complicated
