I’ve been to this location twice and the staff had been wonderful and friendly. Both times I’ve had the bacon western burger. It’s delicious and never disappoints. Thank you to the staff for making sure my daughter and I were taken care of.

Ordered a kids meal from this location about an hour ago went to give it to my child and discovered mold on the bottom bun. Always remember to check your food no matter where it comes from, honestly unacceptable. It I could rate this below 1 star I would have.

We went thru the drive thru, or order was 1 chocolate shake and 1 vanilla shake. It took almost 5 min. For the car in front of us to get thier order. When we got to the window we waited for almost 3 min. For anyone to come to the window (while we watched our shakes melt back into milk, when we refused them the cashier got a Mgr. And she proceeded to argue with us so we left without the order and very dissatisfied. I can tell you we will never go back to that restaurant again. Now I know why Chick-fil-A is slammed and this place is deserted. The service sucks management is incompetent, this restaurant won’t be open long with this kind of behavior. What happened to customer service and making sure the customer is happy with a quality product. Boooooooo to this place

Ivonne did an awesome job today. Not only was she working by herself taking orders and RUNNING back and forth fulfilling the other 3 cars in front of me. She is a keeper and deserves recognition. If she works this hard for Carl’s Jr when no one is watching. She would surely thrive running her own business, or her own Carl’s Jr franchise. Just saying! Thank you Ivonne at River Point.
