Today Sunday, January 11 at 6:30 pm I had the best service I’ve gotten in A LONG TIME.
The driver through young man was extremely respectful and insightful to the questions I had about the menu when asking. When I pulled up to the window I was greeted with a smile and asked how my night was going. 100% how an employee should be acting and conducting themselves when doing a food service. Definitely deserves a raise for his efforts

Quite possibly the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. Trash is always piled outside of the trash bins, I am afraid to touch any surface, and they obviously gave up cleaning the windows years ago. Have upper management completely abandoned this location and stopped routine visits? It has been like this for at least 6 months. The staff are friendly and the orders come out quick, but serious attention has to be given to make the experience here better.

Best Burger King! Employees all seem to be having a good time while getting the job done and are very respectful. The place is very clean compared to other burger kings and it’s all around a fun atmosphere and a joyful experience seeing the employees with such great smiles on there beautiful faces.

Wife and I got chicken sandwiches here this past Sunday evening, since then, we both have been extremely ill (food borne illness / food poisoning) . I went to the ER last night and am still struggling. First and last time eating here, not sure what kind of cleanliness standards are kept or how they keep the food but I would advise steering clear if you have any other choice. Hopefully this post will help others avoid this location!

This needs to be fired I got it all on video. Sorry you have a bad day David but do better. Makeing BK look so bad in front of all his customers.

I would think a manager would have a little more patience when it comes to dealing with handy capable people. I asked for the items I ordered and got nothing but attitude. I kept calm but escalated it.

I went there today the food was alright but the service was absolutely terrible. I waited 30 minute to an hour for 2 meals. I also bought an ice cream I didn’t want to eat till I got home thinking it would take long and it started melting so I asked for a cup. The manager came out and was being rude saying that they couldn’t give it to me cause they had no more so I had to open my melted ice cream and make a mess everywhere. There was workers there doing nothing just staring at a screen and there was a lot of people there waiting for orders. The workers are a bunch of teenagers who are trying their best with the poor management that they get from their manager. It was the worst fast food service I’ve ever had by far.
My mom stopped by there after work as well and the manager was outside for a while and when he came back in he was not even helping his workers.
