We came in for lunch and had Chicken Pot Pies! They were outstanding! We had always done fried chicken but were looking for something different. My Mom in love always got one extra to take home and now I know why. Zeke the young man at the counter even delivered our food and exhibited excellent customer service. Thank you for the yummy lunch!

I gave one star because I had to rate them and that’s the lowest that was available to choose. If you are lucky enough to receive your food before it’s cold, the mannerisms of the employees will definitely make you lose your appetite! Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a “restaurant ” The only recommendation for this place is do not eat here!!! I hope they enjoy the money for my order that I never received because it will be the last they ever get from me!!!! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!

I placed two online orders today for lunch from the KFC located in Darlington SC. When I got there the store was experiencing a power outage and a young man who works there was standing at the door letting the customers know they could only accept cash and online orders. The shift manager(I assume – which was a male) asked me for my online orders and as I begun telling him he proceeded to talk over me to other customers that entered the store! I then repeated my order and he once again asked me what I ordered! He was rude and lacked listening skills! I offered the online order numbers for him to write down along with the items I told him for about the fifth time I ordered! He told me the online order number wouldn’t let help him he just needed to know what I ordered. At that point I lost my cool because I’ve given him the two items against the two online orders several times and yet he asked me again as if he couldn’t comprehend! The lady fixing the food heard me the first time was already fixing the food (she was nice and professional)! I left without the order because at that point I decided to go elsewhere where! Very irritated at the lack of listening skills and customer service he displayed today as if I want a customer like the Caucasian folks he spoke over me to tell the same thing the gentle at the door told them before they entered the store!

If I could give 0 I would. My grandmother ordered food and had to correct to lady taking the order when she said the mikes hot honey biscuits came with one when pictured online came with 2. Then the entire order was wrong. When she tried to ask her to correct the order she caught an attitude and threw her hand ups saying she didn’t have to take this and nobody was rude to her. Absolutely insanely horrible service tonight and not only this time but it has happened before. Staff needs more training and learn how to speak to customers or don’t work in the service industry. This place has been bad for a long time. Learn how to speak to elderly people and customers in general or don’t work a customer oriented job.

I have not written a good review about a fast food restaurant in years, as the majority of the people working there do not take their job seriously, and my orders, for the most part, are completely wrong. I visited the drive-through this past Friday and got home to realize I had not received one of the boxes I ordered. I immediately called, and the manager, Red, was sincere in apology and handled the situation with utmost standards and finesse. KFC should have Red train other managers in how to handle customers with stellar communication and actions. Additionally, when I entered the store to get my box, it was immaculately clean. Red, you’re a diamond in the rough!!! 5+++++ stars!

KFC in Darlington is one of the worst establishments I’ve ever visited. The customer service is unacceptable, and the management at this location needs to step in immediately. The onsite leadership allowing this behavior is a disgrace.

Employees were standing around leaning on the counter instead of taking orders, showing no concern for customers. At one point, a customer simply asked for a napkin and was yelled at and told to “get them over there” while an employee pointed—absolutely ridiculous.

If I can see this lack of professionalism as a customer, how can management not? It feels like they are part of the problem. The atmosphere showed a blatant disregard for customer service and respect.

I would never recommend this location to anyone. If I could leave a negative star review, I would. If you don’t want to work in customer service, find a job better aligned with your skills—but don’t take it out on paying customers.

all I can say is, I can give you one star review due to the fact that they don’t know how to properly do their customers right we were sitting there forever. I seen my food behind the register just letting our food get cold they were on their phones talking all of the workers they don’t know how to do their job correctly i’ll tell you that’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with a “restaurant “ don’t go there
