There should be a ZERO rating! I live near this BK and have had many bad experiences and had written them off. Tonight, out of convenience my wife talked me into getting BK because it was close by. I tried the new “Brisket Whopper. First, the person in the drive through did not understand us and we definitely couldn’t understand him. After repeating the order 3 times we thought he understood. We got to the pay window and the employee was abrupt and rude. Then we got to the 2nd window and were handed our order and a receipt which we had to ask for. The girl then asked for our order back as apparently we were given the wrong order. She then presented us with another bag and was polite. When took our food out, first I ordered a large french fries and got a medium. The fries were old and reheated. The ” Brisket Whopper” was mayo, tiny tomato and couldn’t find the brisket. There was an ample smattering of BBQ sauce but overall a NASTY BURGER! Nowhere close to what it was advertised as. This is at least the 3rd time we have had lousy service and lousy food, the reason I was reluctant to return there tonight. It has become ridiculous that we continue to pay a lot more money for horrible food and reduced quantities. I don’t usually do these reviews but I’ve had more than enough of being ripped off by these fast food businesses who continue to raise prices and provide terrible service, reduced quantities and terrible quality food! I’m done with BK. Take a picture because you won’t see me there again!

I’m never coming back not only did I get horrible burnt nuggets but the cashier Took my card in the back and was gone for like two minutes while I was honking the horn for somebody to come and help me. It’s a damn shame.

If I could provide a one-star review, I would do so without hesitation. The lady at the window exhibited unprofessional behavior and rushed my order. She displayed an attitude and neglected to provide me with my receipt. If I were aware of her name, I would promptly contact corporate to address the issue. The burger itself was overprepared with mayonnaise and presented in a sloppy manner. Burger King is fortunate that I am not pursuing further action, as the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the drive-through attendant would warrant a formal complaint.

We waited about a month to visit here bc they are one of the last few places with a working broiler. It wasn’t operational today. I’m so disappointed but the food was good. Service was a bit delayed but no real complaints. Keep up the good work.

Worst experience of my life. Other than being cursed at the manager was rude as could be and the 2 workers were right there with her. All cause I asked to remake my whopper cause they drowned it in mustard. Not to mention the rap music playing in the back was very inappropriate for customers and kids ! I will NEVER go back to this TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL restaurant again !

My husband and I went through the drive-through for breakfast this morning. The lady working the drive-thru was so kind and friendly. She had a big smile on her face and was treating her customers with kindness which is very rare today. Keep it up at this location because the customers are noticing!

Normally I wouldnt Do this but this is the FIFTH TIME I have Ordered and had food made wrong or food missing!!!! We just paid $28 for a door dash order that was missing fries AND DRINKS and the wrong burger was sent!!!! And don’t get me started on these cold, have filled, broken onion rings!! This location is TRASH. Will NEVER order here again!!!

Stopped by in a rush while on a long drive. The service was AMAZING! BK in my town is usually rough, but this one was amazing! Courtney (I’m sorry if I’m saying it wrong) was so sweet and gave my daughter a crown!
