I got the basket case with coke and it was really good! They had both coke and Pepsi products and a good variety of drinks to try! They is no indoor setting but there were tables outside to sit at. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. I will definitely be back to try more drinks!

First off- I love Sota! BUT I will drive an extra 10 minutes to not go to this location. There’s nothing altogether horrendous but I just feel uncomfortable even going in. At other locations the staff is always super sweet and fast, even during a rush.
The first time I came here I assumed it was a bad day, but I came back and had the same experience of the young women behind the counter seeming annoyed to serve me, skipping the phone number sign in prompt consistently, and seeming frustrated I didn’t immediately see the pickup location around the corner of the counter. For such a small interaction with customers I really don’t enjoy the discomfort of a miserable glare across the counter. I get we all have bad days but I’ve gone to this location four times and I won’t go back.
If you don’t mind a quick sour interaction- the sodas are delicious and there are so many delicious options! Don’t agonize too much over a choice, I’m sure you’ll be back for more (just not at this location)

I don’t typically leave reviews, but I decided to try this place out the other day and had a pretty uncomfortable experience. The staff was extremely unfriendly, to the point where it felt awkward and unwelcoming. One employee just stared at me blankly as if I was doing something wrong by being there, and it has been on my mind since. Customer service really matters, and unfortunately that was lacking during my visit. Other than that, the drink was good.

I’ve been here three times now and the cashier every time has been absolutely rude. She did not speak or greet us upon arrival. The drinks are always good, but it is very off putting when the cashier snarls at you.
