This newly opened Thai place is closer to our house than our usual place, which we have been disappointed with the last two times, so we went in. We ordered a few items to try the food and take the leftovers. We ordered the Fresh Spring Roles. And the order had four roles. They were exceptionally good. They came with peanut sauce and a sweet sauce. We also ordered the Seafood Salad. The salad was loaded with seafood and the dressing was light and refreshing. For dinner we ordered the Panang Curry, which was a little spicy, but very tasty and different. We usually get the green curry. We also ordered the Pad Thai, and it was good, and the Sauteed Vegetable Delights. The vegetables were sauteed perfectly and very tasty. Staff were nice and professional, we did enjoy our dinner, and will be back.

We went here as a family of vegetarians . It’s a small / cozy place, ideal for groups of 4-6 ppl and a bit expensive !
The waitress was friendly and very helpful in pointing out dishes that were not totally vegetarian despite the description.
Vegetarian food is NOT marked and although brief description of the dish appears to be so , most contained shrimp paste and or meat broth.
We got the Spicy noodle, Tom kha soup and yellow curry- totally vegetarian .
We also got the roti & fresh veg spring rolls. We enjoyed them all ! Food portions seemed small for the price

What a treat to find in Aptos, CA! Absolutely devoured my pad thai (though I will admit it needed a bit more spice – they have some chili oil that helps with that though!) The thai tea was made with coconut milk that REALLY brought out the flavor and kept the drink creamy the whole meal. It truly is authentic Thai and is just as tasty as any Thai place in the Bay Area. Please stop by if you’re in the area.

Literally a 10/10 experience. We went on Christmas Eve, with a party of 6. Coconut milk Thai tea, Pad-see-yew noodles, pad Thai noodles, chicken satay, Tom kha soup, fresh spring rolls and potstickers. Fresh interior with a quaint design and a home cooked vibe. All the staff were so kind and made us feel so comfortable. Green Papaya is a great addition to the Aptos Village and I hope they stay in that spot for years to come.
