Just had a great lunch from DQ! The double cheeseburger was hot and very tasty. The fries were super fresh and hot. I ordered from the app, so I had enough time to clean up and wash hands before I picked up the food inside. Bathrooms are clean and private. I will definitely go back. I should have taken a pic of the food.

I came in on 8/8 around 4:30 and went through the drive thru. The girl working it was extremely rude, gave me the wrong order, and reeked of marijuana. I came in a couple weeks ago as well, and there was an employee smoking marijuana in the bathroom, the cashier was high, and there was another employee sitting on the counter eating food!! Do not return here. This place is beyond unsanitary. It is unsafe!!!

Went there tonight and it was amazing! Toast was done just right gravy was hot and delicious. The ranch for my bbq tenders was creamy. The tenders were just right and not crunchy. I got cheese curds they were fried just perfect the cheese was melted but not over cooked. I have to give the young gentleman and young ladies a hand they did a great job and have been doing a great job. Keep up whatever it is you’re doing cause it amazing! Everyone had smiling faces and they were very friendly.

We grabbed a bite before heading to a concert in st louis. My wife got the buffalo chicken basket, and upon arriving in st louis she was violently ill with food poisoning. I had a burger and was fine, but we missed the concert because of it. I am most disappointed.

After dealing w/ sick kids going to our new DQ sounded perfect. Placed order while saying 3 times I wanted just chicken strip NOT the meal even hadorder read back. Ended up w/ a chicken strip meal. When I brought this up I was met with rolling eyes, rudeness & being told they don’t sell just strips. Had to get manager. While waiting on our blizzard, same rude young lady requested back the food which caught me off guard. My sick child had. I did as asked even though I was screaming inside. After it was ripped out of my hand, I swear she just handed me back just same strips smaller bag. Thankfully Manager was professional & courtesy. Sadly fries tasted like old oil, strips dry& hard. Blizzards were good.

Being from Perryville originally, it was very nice to see how much the town has grown and the addition of a Dairy Queen. So, we stopped in (Drive thru) on our way out of town after a veterinarian appointment.
I ordered a Medium Mocha Moolatte and the wife ordered a Mini Salted Caramel Truffle. We also asked for a plain hamburger patty with no bread or anything for the dog (she did good at the vet, so we treated her). “We can’t do that, it has to have bread.” we were told. Which, was fine… I didn’t expect a discount for only getting a patty, the dog just won’t eat bread and we were trying not to be wasteful. We ordered a plain hamburger then. At the window we were given the Moolatte almost immediately and then waited for the rest for what felt like far too long. When we got the burger, it had pickles, ketchup, and mustard on it…. clearly not plain and we had to ask for the 2nd ice cream. They apologized and then requested we move to space number 1 while they make another one. Had it not been paid for…. we would have canceled the whole thing as we needed to get home and had already waited pretty long at the window.
What they did right:
-The ice cream was good.
-Dog didn’t complain about the burger. LoL
-They promptly moved us from the drive thru to an open waiting spot while preparing new burger, to allow them to serve the other customers in line.
-Parked a cool old truck out front with DQ logo on it.
Where they could improve:
-A screen to show what you ordered in the drive-through. This would have allowed us to make sure the sandwich was infact to be plain.
-Ensure that if something is ordered plain, that the cooks see that in the back and prepare it that way.
-Allow people to order just a patty without being wasteful.
In all, Id give Perryville DQ a 2 out of 5. If we ever make it back to Perryville and feel like having Dairy Queen again, I will update my ratings based on the 2 experiences combined.

I loved coming here after they first opened. Always busy and line weas always long in drive-tru but they never messed up my order!.. until Friday night January 24th in-between 8:20-8:30pm my bf went in the drive tru and ordered $35 worth of food. There were about 5 teenage girls all by the window chatting. Once I received my food the girl immediately closed the window on me and immediately turned around and started chatting again. Once he arrived home he realized his burger was not in the bag and he never received the sundae from the 7 dollar meal deal. I immediately called but they were already closed (we live 25min from DQ). I left a message explaining what happened and left my phone number. Haven’t received a called back.

My husband and I stop by for lunch at Dairy Queen today and I have to say the burgers are absolutely fabulous The meal was great The service was great The environment was clean and the customer service was really friendly and happy it was nice.
