Ordered a single regular chicken little and it had more mayonnaise than chicken. I mean the regular amount that’s supposed to be on it would be fine, but this is gross. I had to wipe it off before I could eat it.

The waffles are great , went through drive through and the guy at the window was working hard , but not the first time he didn’t give me my sauces I requested but what really hurt my feelings was the size of the drum stick ,,,, I mean this chicken must have Ben young,, I wish I would have looked through my order because pickles. On both my sandwiches that I requested not to have any ,, I hope they get this place back in to shape it’s Ben a year that I have Ben local and things ha e gone down hill , I’m hopefull it will get better

The atmosphere was very welcoming at this location. Thomas was very nice and patient with us while we took a long time to decide on what to get. I was very impressed with his personality. He was very friendly and even asked if everything was okay with our food. The did came out very quickly and was fresh. Great job, everyone that works here!

Always missing items every time. Went through the drive through after not going here for a while since they always have problems getting the order correct. Well still not improved. They had us pull forward and after a wait they brought us the food but I wasn’t upset as sometimes it happens. However before we drove away we checked and there was items missing.
I pulled back around and my wife had to go in and it seems they knew it. No apology at all. On top of that the chicken was chewy and not able to eat it. With food so expensive we will not be going here anymore. My suggestion if your reading this review save yourself from disappointment and chose a different restaurant there not going to improve.

This is my first review, I’m angry enough to write one. We’ve had food forgotten on several occasions, but today when I went back to get it, it took a half an hour to get the food I was already supposed to have. Which tells me that they didn’t bother making half of my meal the first time around. I understand keeping the line moving, but putting someone who should be your priority on the back burner for almost an hour is completely ridiculous. There was no offer of recompense, no making it up. Just a half assed sorry.

I would like to know how lazy these employees have to be to walk outside and take down a sign that has been up numerous times I have been there. The dude that was taking my order when I asked for the Nashville Hit tenders informs me they don’t have that anymore but gets very defensive when told that you have a sign up if you don’t have it take it down. Then proceeds to tell me we don’t have time yet they walk in everyday before their shift. I will never be going there again the food is not good anymore and the service is just complete trash.

Desoto KFC. Was told this was normal to be handed a bag of oil and that the other stuff is chicken crust. Sure looks like the bottom of a fryer to me. I would love to see someone at kfc eat and drink this order of chicken tenders. Eat at your own risk.
