My family and I are currently on a 21-day Daniel Fast, and my wife convinced us to try Ginger Mule. I have to say — I was completely blown away. I’m not a vegetarian eater at all, so I truly did not expect vegan food to taste this good. Everything we had was incredibly flavorful and satisfying.

This experience really showed me that you can’t judge food until you actually try it — I’ve clearly been missing out on a healthier way to eat all these years.

From the host to the servers, the service was outstanding and made the experience even better. We will definitely be back soon, and I highly recommend Ginger Mule to anyone who hasn’t tried it yet.

The restaurant offers some of the most delicious vegetarian dishes I have ever tried, along with a lovely selection of beers, including excellent local varieties, and a well priced, thoughtfully curated wine list. During happy hour, the wine becomes an especially good bargain.
We appreciated everything about this place – the people, the interior, and even the playlist, which featured a great selection of music that perfectly matched the atmosphere. It was a real pleasure to be looked after by Kirk, a warm, friendly, and exceptionally knowledgeable gentleman. He guided us through the menu, shared insights about cultural events and music, and engaged us in a truly meaningful and enjoyable conversation.
It turned out to be one of the best dinners we have ever had in such a welcoming and charming setting – and all at remarkably affordable prices.

This place exceeded my expectations. I came here with my mom (I’m vegan, she is not) and we both loved everything. We treated ourselves to an omelet and gluten free French toast, ceviche, patacones, lettuce wrap tacos, a mocktail, cacao, and dessert, and we were impressed with every single thing from the appetizers, to entrees, to dessert, and even the drinks. The brownie was more like a decadent chocolate cake and the omelet was so fluffy I was concerned it wasn’t actually vegan. The gluten free French toast was moist and spongy. I really enjoyed it as it wasn’t crumbly or too dense like some gf bread. Our waiter was extremely cheerful and helpful too. Cute place, great food, nice staff, so many vegan AND gluten free options, plus great happy hour specials.

I recently visited Ginger Mule with two friends and overall had a really interesting experience. First off, the service was absolutely amazing. Easily a 10 out of 10. The guy who served us was super friendly and what I appreciated the most is that he really knew the menu inside and out. It’s always a plus when someone can actually recommend things with confidence and clearly knows what they’re talking about.
As for the food, I’d give it around a 7 or 8 out of 10. I had the lasagna, one of my friends tried a burger and the other had a pita. Everything looked and tasted good while we were eating, but unfortunately both my friend and I ended up with stomachaches afterwards. Not sure what happened exactly. It might’ve just been something off that day or maybe the type of oil they used didn’t sit well with us. That said, we’re still open to giving it another try and maybe ordering different dishes next time.
The place definitely has potential and the staff alone makes it worth a second visit. Hopefully next time the food sits better because I really wanted to love everything about it.

We decided to try this place last night for my birthday and we were very satisfied. We ordered the sweet potato fries and the crab puffs. Both of which were delicious and very filling.

My boyfriend ordered the galic sesame noodles which were underwhelming. He took them home to add more seasoning. But the fried mushrooms on top were insanely good.

I ordered the gyro and it was fantastic. The Greek salad on the side was also very nice.

It is a bit in the pricy side, but is overall very tasty. And the portions were pretty large, we both had leftovers.

Overall we will definitely be back to try new things.

I eat real meat, my friend does not so we met here for lunch. The names of the dishes are somewhat misleading (ie their Fish Tacos don’t have any real fish, etc.), but despite that the food is good… I got the Sesame Garlic Noodles, and they were very good, the crisp on that battered mushrooms was excellent. Good service and drink list.

Crab roll was AMAZING! Tres leches was amazing. Gyro was really good. Gluten free french toast isn’t something I’d order again but it’s nice they have the option. Just a bit dry and is definitely giving gluten free. Service was AMAZING and they have SO MANY gluten free options.

Ginger Mule exceeded my expectations. The restaurant is spotless, well-kept, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. As a first-time guest, I was genuinely surprised by how flavorful and creative the all-vegan dishes were — everything we tried was delicious.

Brian was an outstanding server. He knew the menu inside and out, explained the dishes and beverages clearly, and kept the energy positive the entire night. He greeted our table with a smile and stayed enthusiastic from start to finish.

I felt comfortable, welcomed, and impressed. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be recommending Ginger Mule to others.

I had such a wonderful experience with my friends at this vegan restaurant! It was my first time there.
The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — you can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. The menu had a great variety, from comforting classics to creative options that you don’t see everywhere. The staff was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable about ingredients, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was very fresh, and relaxing. Highly recommend this spot to anyone — vegan or not — who wants a delicious and satisfying meal! ✨

Ginger Mule is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the ambience feels warm and welcoming, and the staff make the experience even better, everyone greets you with a genuine smile.

The food is outstanding. The Tangy & Sweet Brussels are the perfect starter, crisp, flavorful, and addictive. The Garden Omelette (vegan omelette) is light yet satisfying, beautifully topped with creamy avocado. The Buddha Bowl is packed with fresh, colorful ingredients and has an amazing balance of flavors and textures. Every dish feels thoughtfully crafted and full of freshness.

Special mention to Eli, who served us – his recommendations were spot on, and his smiling, positive energy made the experience even more enjoyable.

Drinks are just as impressive, vibrant, refreshing, and a perfect complement to the meal.

Highly recommend Ginger Mule for anyone looking for a mix of delicious vegan food, uplifting vibes, and great service.
