This is the worst pizza I’ve ever had!!! The pizza is dry and flavorless. We ordered the Chicken, Bacon, Artichoke with garlic sauce. Where’s the sauce? Toppings was skimpy as well. Disgusting!!! See attached photo.

I am a Chicago native and I ❤️ ! I tried the pan crust loaded with sausage, Bacon, pepperoni, and green peppers. The topping are cut small so you do not get a quarter of a Doreen pepper in a bite. The instructions for baking are detailed and accurate. Follow EVERY step especially taking it out an hour before baking. Can’t wait to try the stuffed.

Been there 3 times now. Each ti e i ask for “light sauce”. Each time there is an over abundance of sauce. It oozes out all over. Makes me wonder if they are putting extra sauce on it. Just do what the customer asks for!

The current staff is great. Orders are out the door much quicker and with great accuracy. Friendly and courteous. This is a take and bake pizza place, you will need to cook the food yourself so please keep that in mind while ordering. I was surprised that my pizza wasn’t cooked first time I went there. Be sure to try the cookie dough, there’s an abundance of chocolate chips and they are delicious! The giant NY pizza is our favorite.

The last three times we’ve had Papa Murphys it doesnt taste the same. Thought it was a one time fluke the first time but now I am wondering if they changed the dough recipe? Bland taste and nothing like it used to be.

I ordered a pizza with mushrooms. I went to pick it up and there’s crumbles of mushrooms. So I asked her if she did it. She said yes. Then she said they crumble when you slice them. I told her I have had plenty of mushrooms there and they have never been crumbled. Then she said they come that way. She crumbed them, they crumble when you slice them or they that way. So my husband and I walked out because she was ridiculous. Very unhappy and I won’t return until there’s another employee turn over.

Change in dough is terrible or it is old flour. Unable to tell the difference in meats that are used. Taste is way below the average frozen pizza red baron etc. worst pizza we’ve ever purchased. The knots were tasteless as well. .

Store manager refused to honor the 25% discount that Papa Murphy’s texted me a code for. She wasn’t quite rude, but was not nice at all. If i were in her shoes, I would have offered a coupon, something, at least an apology. Something to make the customer want to come back. They lost a customer here

I have type II diabetes and it’s always a good “cheat” to get the Crustless Pizza. I’ve learned that baking at 450° for the full 18 min. gives me the most satisfaction
