It’s not very often that I leave a review for a fast food restaurant unless it’s negative. We ate at this location couple weeks ago and it was a great experience. All staff were friendly, everything was clean (kitchen and dining area), food was hot and tasted fresh and restrooms were clean. There was and employee in the dining area constantly wiping down tables and chairs and cleaning the drink area. There are a ton of fast food restaurants within a 5 mile radius of this place that should take notes on how to run a restaurant.

Where do I start. They have a nice looking location. None of the vegan options found at other location. Coupons on the app you can’t use in store for some reason and a Tourette’s kid working the kitchen yelling cuss words for the whole restaurant to head. Used to come here every week. Now we go Chick-fil-A.

Yesterday i went to panda express, i always try the plate option and this time I order the bigger plate for more entries and it was a good choice. Its actually better than the plate option. It tasted good and I had more leftover for next time.

An absolutely wonderful experience
Our service was excellent and the Chicken Teriyaki was excellent.
My partner had the Orange chicken and the Beef and Broccoli.
The facility was clean and the restroom was clean. The parking lot was wide open and easily accessible.

Used to be a lot higher quality food when they first opened. It’s gone down from there. Ordered for the family today and most was over cooked or had very dry orange chicken, etc.
Panda is known for uniform quality, this place is the only one where it’s been noticeably poor.

Glad to have a location nearby! This place has a clean and simple Asian American flavor and decent prices for the quality and portions. The service is always friendly, and the drive-through is super fast. The bigger plate was just enough for a good supper and some leftovers for later. It was tasty!

It’s unfortunate to see the many other reviews indicating how poor the food and service is. I only wish I had visited this before going in myself. I brought my family and friends in for dinner with the intention of purchasing a couple of their large family meal. After deciding on 4 of the 6 main dishes, my wife wanted to sample something to try something new. The man behind the counter, who clearly was an hourly employee who did not care in the slightest, refused to let her sample anything and said that we had to buy a whole meal to sample something. When I insisted, he then started saying it was his managers policy but then a company policy and was speaking in circles. It was clear he just did not care, no explanation and no accommodation on a large > $100 order. We left without eating and do not intend to return. It’s unfortunate to see what used to be a great location go so far downhill.

I got my food via drive thru for the T-Mobile promotion. They really took advantage of the T-Mobile customers just because of the promotion. I had mostly rice on my order. However, the girl at the window was super nice.

Hey I have someone who has an allergy to shrimp, should I let you know that? “Uh we cook everything in the same wok so it’s probably not the best place to order from if you have a shrimp allergy..” Family owned smaller restaurants whom offer the same plates are more than willing to accommodate. Shame on a big brand turning away a customer for being less accommodating. Ordering four meals and left with no food due to our fourth family member having an allergy to one ingredient. Even if I had to wait extra time to get their food cooked separately… but no alternatives were offered. Disappointing and though I don’t have an allergy, this makes me not want to order from this company. I usually order once a week from them since I work less than a mile a way.
