Made a mobile order for dine-in. It has its own parking lots, and clearly marked drive-through. Arrived after ten minutes, and our dishes were ready. The Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt was well prepared and tasted good. The Strawberry Chicken Caprese Salad came with a lot of ingredients and quite healthy. The Agave Lemonade was as usual. The Cherry Pastry was a good finish.

They had a guy cosplaying as Paul Blart barking at people immediately upon leaving their parked cars threatening to call someone on the spot to tow your car if he doesn’t see you walk into Panera. He also had two (his pets, I assume?) dogs tied up to a tree for some strange reason. Mind you this is in the direct sunlight with no water bowl visible. Maybe it’s to add to the “security guard” tough guy aesthetic? Either way, I’m not sure what the intention was – intimidating and harassing people minding their own business seems to be a counterintuitive business practice. Panera’s already not cheap and the food’s mediocre. You aren’t doing yourself any favors, and if this location wasn’t next to a college campus of liberally spending students, I’d reckon they’d have to close due to a lack of business.

Odd experience to say the least. Guess it’s safe to say based off other reviews this is a common experience. It’s quite bizarre and never seen before in my experiences that a fast food restaurant with a parking lot adjacent to other businesses employs a power hungry man with a Napoleon complex who yells threats at you the second you walk away from your car. Even if you are intending to eat at Panera, this behavior’s not appropriate for a paying patron. Felt like a dystopian episode of the Twilight Zone.

Why just 3 Stars to one of my favorite places for a 1/2 sandwich and mediterranean salad?

Just because they are robbing customers, their “BITE SIZE” sweets are just plain an assault in day light… I bet the cost is few pennies, the profits are huge… Please, not even a $0.99 worth …

I love their products… but they are making profits at any way they can, NO, we don’t want freebies, we want a product that is worth paying for it!

Initially, I bought a meal of soup and sandwich the greens on the sandwich were all slimy so I took it back to the counter. I was very pleased to give me a drink while I waited for them to make a new one when I got the new one. It was a whole sandwich,, not a half with a bag of chips.

OMG, this Panera was the MOST nastiest, filthy, messy, stanky, alas trifling looking restaurant out of the other Panera Bread I’ve been too. There was piles of dirt and food debris from other customers join every table able seat and not one of the Staff chose to keep the lobby, tables, alas seats thoroughly cleaned. Then the restroom smelled like an open rotten sewer with bowel movement and that was just disgusting after I had just got done eating. And even the atmosphere here was just so and totally “OFF” and weird and dysfunctional too even amongst the workers and their Leadership. I’ll NEVER choose to waste My time or My money, diners, or moolah HERE again, geesh this establishment is horrible, Smh

Food is good which is pretty much the case w/all their restaurants, but…could the Wi-Fi connection be any slower at all? It was running at a snails pace when I was there at around 4 pm, when it wasn’t busy.

The restaurant has an old school feel which I also like, and it also has a drive thru. There is limited parking and no bike racks to lock up a bicycle, however it is served by the local bus system & conveniently located next store to a Starbucks (don’t see that daily).

Very clean space, plenty of seating, easy dedicated parking. One star off because their craft beverages were either low or out and were not replaced while I was there. And my sandwich was kind of sloppily made. It was tipping over and the ingredients were not all in the bread so it made it a bit hard to eat.
