Really enjoyed Magnolia Pho. The space is very nicely done, dimly lit and cozy, which made it a great place to sit and relax. There are plenty of tables, and everything felt comfortable. The food was excellent. We had both the chicken pho and the beef pho, and they were flavorful and satisfying. We also ordered the pork dumplings, which were very tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the meal. I was genuinely surprised by how much I liked this place and would happily come back.

First I had the pho here i had to take time to thank God because it was so good. This time I got Bun Bo Hue i didn’t even realize it came with a big rib. I thought it’d be a lot of work to eat but the meat was so soft it fell right off the bone. The staff have always been so sweet, kind, and attentive.Nice atmosphere and they play good relaxing music. Definitely a vibe and a new regular spot.

Combination Pho soup very good (8.5/10) – classic, hits the spot. Monster Pho sold out, limited quantity at 1:00pm. House vermicelli bowl also very good – it was warm! (9/10). Thai green tea also pleasantly good (7/10)

if you haven’t tried their #26 Bun Bo hue, you’re missing out!!! Omg it just cures my nostalgia when the chunky beef fall off the bone and gave me the mouthful feeling. And the broth is more complex than a typical pho broth! The broth in Bun Bo Hue has complex layer of flavor with spicy, peppery, hint of sour and sweet with umami flavor from the ocean. The rice noodles are smooth and the very slurp-able! I ate everything and drank everything from the bowl. Bonus: the house salad with shrimp is great too, sweet but not too sweet and just the right amount of spicy aftertaste linger on your tongue. :))

Exterior looks a bit sketch but inside is some of the best pho in the Seattle. Broth is insanely clear yet still packed with flavor. Brisket quality is super high with just the right amount of fat. Also the short rib rice plate is outstanding. It is a little pricier than most Vietnamese places but definitely worth it.

What can I say!? The food was delicious!!
I had the monster pho (in the picture), and I should be honest that it looked scary. It was good enough for more than two portions. The broth was perfect- warm and filled with umami. The meat was fall-off-the-bone tender.

The staff were courteous and friendly. They were well versed with the menu and gave food suggestions. I forgot to take my leftovers and one of the waitresses ran behind us to give it back.

Do not judge the book by its cover. From the outside, you would not know how good this place is and how warm the people are!

SO DELICIOUS. This is the best vietnamese restaurant that I have been to in Seattle in the last 3 years.
The flavours were so good. The thai milk green tea is so fragrant and reminds me of che from my childhood.

We also got the vermicelli bowl but asked for rice instead of vermicelli because we like rice more. The meat was seasoned SO WELL and it’s so soft and tender. The bo la lot (beef la lot) was so tasty and flavourful. The spring roll had taro and meat and was so crispy and full. The shrimp was a more mild flavor compared to the beef but was very tastefully made. The salt and seasonings really drew out the shrimp essence.

And not to mention, the portion sizes were huge! This was awesome value.

We also got the steak pho with extra brisket and holy cow there was SO MUCH MEAT. This is the most meat I’ve ever seen in a bowl of noodles ever.

The staff is really nice as well and gave us extra fish sauce and veggies for free when we asked. And the atmosphere of the restaurant is super chill and cute.

We will definitely be coming back and bringing family and friends!!

Service was superb but very disappointed with the quality of meat because mostly fat. The broth is pretty salty with some MSG
