Service was very nice and impressively quick, making it an easy stop whether you’re on a short lunch break or passing through the area. No fuss, no waiting, just good food done efficiently.
I’ll definitely be back next time I’m nearby.
What made the situation worse was how it was handled. When I contacted the store, I was told I would need to bring the sandwich back so they could see it and remake it. After finding a bone in my food, the last thing I wanted was another sandwich from the same place. I was hoping for more understanding and a solution that didn’t require me to return and eat there again.
Food quality and safety should be a priority, and finding something like that in a sandwich is concerning. I just expected better.
The Meatball Subs were tasty, but meatballs aren’t my favorite. I’ll order something different next time but this was pretty good. Tasty sauce, great bread, not messy. The Garden Vegetable soup was quite flavorful and we will order this again. The Chili-Mac is really tasty. I don’t know if I’ve ever had this anywhere else but that’s a hood choice for a meal right there.
The staff is pretty good and the dining room is quite small with only 2 tables fir 4, 2 tables fir 2, and the rest is bar seating against the front window wall and then a couple of high tops along the side interior wall.
This is a recommend to dine atPotbelly. It’s nice to have a different option to dine in the area other than the overload of McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Subways, Panera Breads that all seem to be mega-multiplied in the area.
Every sandwich was hot, flavorful, and exactly what we ordered. No mystery ingredients or soggy bread in sight. The roasted garlic aioli on mine was chef’s kiss, and Steve said his sandwich was “better than it had any right to be.” That’s high praise from a guy adjusting to new eating rules.
Service was fast and the staff didn’t flinch at our order of six random things — including chips, a Crush soda, and a “no spoon, no napkin” mac cup. It’s the little things.
Potbelly just gets it. Solid food, no stress, and enough comfort to count as a weekend ritual.
Although I was not the individual she was directly speaking to, I observed her addressing a customer in a very rude and unprofessional manner. The tone and approach she used were inappropriate and not reflective of the level of customer service that builds a strong business or represents the standards a General Manager should uphold.
Professionalism and respectful communication are essential in maintaining a positive environment for both customers and staff. I hope this matter can be looked into and addressed appropriately.
The store is clean and the food was great, but the service seems a bit disorganized. I came here with a friend to eat and placed my order. Once I got to the front they didn’t have my sandwich because they forgot to make it so had to wait for them to make the sandwich. I had also ordered a banana milkshake and even after finally getting my sandwich, eating it and my friend ordering a sandwich to-go it still wasn’t made because they forgot to make it as well. For a while it was just one person doing everything (I think the manager. She was nice and apologized for the team forgetting to make my entire order) because the other 2-3 people with her disappeared from the front. I would still go again if I’m ever in the area visiting my friend because the food was good and so was the banana milkshake though.
