Was having a rough week along with a rough morning and decided to stop at this store this morning before heading into work. Got to the window and paid, waited about a minute and when being handed my drink, I was informed that it was upsized and was told to have an amazing day. Today’s morning crew made my worries of the week disappear, especially after seeing what was written on the cup. Exceptional service and very nice people every single time!!

I understand this is a very busy location. But every single time I place a mobile order it’s never ready in time I end up having to wait. This morning I waited 10 minutes in store and 10 minutes past my est ready time. Only for them to have put my order in the wrong spot. Pay attention, be more attentive to your customers and be a little more enthusiastic at work or go home.

Is it my fault that I go here consistently knowing they have NEVER made my order correctly? Yes. But I had hope today that I could order my coffee at the drive-up because I found if I do it that way there’s at least a 50% chance of them maybe getting it slightly correct. If I order online? No shot. But today, yet again, not even close to correct. It’s really not that hard.

The service is consistently friendly, and the store feels well cared for from front to back. A big part of that success comes from the night shift manager Greyson’s leadership. He supports his team with calm, steady guidance and always seems to be one step ahead—whether it’s jumping in to help during a rush or making sure the store stays spotless. His kindness and professionalism show in every interaction, and he makes an effort to connect with customers, even during busy hours. Paige, Wendy, Olivia, Katie, Ally, Nico, Phoebe, all of you are rockstars. You guys are the highlight of my week!

I ordered a grande frozen drink. I received a tall in a grande cup with a bit of cool whip on the bottom to make it appear more. I don’t need cool whip on top and bottom. Ordered this drink many times and never had this. Did seem right for when I was charge almost $7; I at least expected to get what I paid. Seems scammy.
