Carrie that took my order was absolutely wonderful. Very informative. I had a lot of questions. This is one of my first times eating here. I’ve had your shakes but never your food., And she was so patient with me and genuinely great, Her voice is out of this world amazing. She could literally be a GPS automated voice it’s insane!!! The professionalism that I experienced today at your business was awesome. I wish all of the business businesses on this road would take note…. Thank you very much for being a good managers and having good staff because I know that good staff comes from good management and the food is amazing. Genuinely impressed. I will definitely be back.

Had the cod fish dinner. Was amazing. Crispy tender pieces of fish. Fries were perfect. Cole slaw has great flavor too. Topped it off with a chocolate shake, which was amazing also!!!

First time there. Staff was friendly but the food was not great. Ordered the new walleye sandwich, it was so fishy it made my eyes water. Very gross. Plus the size you got for the price was an insult. The coleslaw was great. $15 def wasted. Couldn’t even find a manager to express concerns.

Ok a new restaurant in Ontario. So I was not aware that their sandwiches are doubles which was a pleasant surprise. I ordered the Swiss and mushrooms burger with lettuce and tomatoes, French fries and iced tea. It came to $12 and some change. The veggies were fresh but the fries were nothing special. This is the first time I have had a butter burger and I have to say I am not a fan. I would have enjoyed it much more without the butter. The restaurant is nicely laid out and their was a ton of choices. It is not well thought out on how you get in or out. I hope they add a different entrance by the light. Me personally I hope you can ask for without the butter. Make sure you get alot of napkins. The staff was very nice. And it was clean. In the end I would suggest this over places like McDonald’s or Burger King equally priced as such but I would say level playing grounds with Wendy’s. Try them out plus everyone spoke highly of the custard.

This is exactly how the server brought it out to me at my table. Very disappointed in the amount of french fries they put in that bag. I haven’t taken any out yet at all. Did I complain? Of course not. It’s a fast food place. But they need to up their game

The food was good except for the Wisconsin Swiss, which the burger was small, and it came on dry toasted rye bread. I would never order that again. The cheese curds, fries, and traditional burgers were enjoyable for my other family members. It was a little busy, but the wait times were acceptable.

The burgers and fries taste like cheap frozen items. Tried two different burgers and they tasted nothing but grease and low quality meat. The fries taste low quality. The service was great about the only positive thing I have to say.

I wanted to give them a second chance for a more fair and accurate review. The cheese curds are amazing especially dipped in the cheese sauce, I highly recommend them. However I tried the sourdough melt and once again the burger and wrapper were practically dripping in greese. The sourdough bread did taste good and that is the only positive thing I have to say for their burgers.

Food was really fantastic, but as with everwhere expensive. Ice cream is yummy, was relatively fast despite how busy it was. Clean, has diet root beer, has large katchup containers, and overall was a really pleasent experience. I put it up there higher than Wendy’s, Mcdonalds, and BK.
