We order delivery almost every time and have done a pick up once. As a family of 6 we spend $80 or more including tip (typically 20%). Every single time an item is missing. The food is good and my kids love the pizza and everytime i call to let them know they bring the missing item right out. Yesterday was the final straw. Having to call an establishment because an item was missing yet again gets exhausting. Not sure where the disconnect occurs but I can no longer support it.

Walked into a worker sitting at the bar. There was nobody in the business so I kinda understand. . but got my food walked outside to my car inspected the pizza which. It looked like a hot mess but that’s not what I’m even giving this Google review on. It was my joto fingers. Received them and the garlic sauce container was busted out all the way through on them (mind you this was a pick up) and they had extra cheese on them which that’s not what I asked for. Online it says extra sauce cups which that’s what I wanted and paid for even shown him my broken down receipt and he said they didn’t have that… But offered me extra garlic sauce but I was trying to show him that my stuff was already saturated in garlic sauce because the cup had busted.. I eventually grabbed it back and left after he said what do you want me to do. Doesn’t seem like a happy environment honestly by the 3 employees working. I won’t return

From entering to leaving treated with welcomes, need anything, good bye and that’s for coming. They were celebrating their 50 years in business and my friends through a 50th Birthday surprise for me. Joto’s establishment joined into the celebration with donated items…. Truly enjoyed everything we ate and we ate a lot…..

We went in hungry. The gentleman behind the register was gracious and kindly. We were told to sit at the bar, after being informed the waitress had just vacuumed. Waitress from the time we entered made us feel unwelcome because she wanted to leave. It was VERY uncomfortable and we found the whole situation rude.

Called yesterday around noon to order 10 pizzas for my sons birthday the next day. Had 10 pizzas ordered for delivery between 12:30-1. We call at 12:55, “they misplaced the ticket” so our whole party was stuck with no pizza. Absolutely horrible service and extremely dissatisfied.
