I’ve been a costumer of this specific location for years and from a month to now it’s gone down hill. From missing drinks on my uber eats, to flies and dirt on my drink, and to top it off a missing sandwich. Don’t like to write bad reviews but the last time with my missing sandwich was the last straw. And then went to the location since I was already late to work and ate the cold sandwich that was brought that I also bought and was told that both sandwiches where put there and that “he”(was a women) the driver always comes in and is trust worthy. Yea the tape was there didn’t believe it was the driver but them forgetting. They went back and ask one guy if he made it, and I over heard him saying “oh shoot I don’t remember” something along those lines from the back then all come out as if it’s Waffle House to say no and that I was wrong and to pick it up to uber eats. Anyways never buying from here and taking my business to Lenny’s next door. The missing soda and it being dirty was ticking me off but the missing main sandwich and their reaction unacceptable

We used to come to Jersey Mike’s Sub years ago for lunch, when we worked nearby. Happened upon it for lunch today. Pleasantly surprised to see that they have kept up there quality standards and cleanliness. It seems like most places that have been around a bit of time slip a little each year, squeezing out that last bit of profits.
#JerseyMikesSubs’ quality and standards are visible in their sandwiches and in their facility. Staff actively breaking down machines and cleaning. It really makes customers feel safe and happy with their lunch stop choice!

Jersey Mike’s in Fort Myers is a must-visit for cheesesteak lovers! The service was quick, and the staff was really on top of things. But what really stood out was how well Royal cooked and made our cheesesteaks. They were perfectly grilled, with just the right amount of cheese and toppings. You can tell Royal takes pride in their work! The restaurant was clean and inviting, making the whole experience even better. If you want a delicious, expertly made cheesesteak, this Jersey Mike’s is the place to go!

Probably the best subs in town. Meat is sliced fresh for every sub and although the subs are not cheap you get your money’s worth. Everything is fresh and the rolls are never stale. I’ve heard they have a great cheesesteak so that is what I’m going to have next visit.

I ordered through Uber Eats and this is the second order in the last couple weeks where I ordered a cookie and did not receive the item. They don’t seem to pay close enough attention to the online orders and get the food sent correctly.

I wish I had taken a picture of my sandwich but it was so delicious that I could not stop eating it. I bought the Buffalo Chicken Club and even though I had to wait awhile I was glad that I did because it definitely arrived fresh. None of the sauces were overwhelming nor was the sandwich underwhelming. My last visit to a sub place was Jimmy John’s and that was years ago in Virginia and I was not very happy with it. I don’t eat Subway because it’s not good quality. So I half expected this place to be mediocre but it definitely had fresh ingredients prepared right in front of you and great customer service. They gave me a Rookie Cookie which was nice of them! Jersey Mike’s will be my go-to for subs!

This was my first time here so this is my first impression of this dump.
1.) ROACHES (not 1…not 2…BUT 3) running around near the floor and the counter of the soda machine
2.) the senior aged lady who worked the counter when I was there Tuesday morning, had the most bitter attitude I’ve ever experienced
3.) there was the LONGEST piece of HAIR in my food and normally I don’t care about things like that but this thing was monstrous and almost made me throw up as I was pulling it out.
All in all, if you want some ROACHES and HAIR and BAD ATTITUDE to start your day, this is the place for you!!
