No service. I spent a bunch of time just putting food from this restaurant into my cart on Doordash and placing the order only for them to tell me that my order was cancelled. No explanation as to why and when I tried calling them (I called them twice) their phone number puts me on hold for a full 30 minutes each time and then it tells me that no one is available to take my call and to leave a message. Then the call disconnects before I could finish leaving my contact info or explain to them why I’m calling. I estimate that the time limit is 1 minute which adds insult to injury. I do not recommend them until they get these problems resolved because this is bad service.

While a chain restaurant, the service was friendly, fast, and inviting. One of our party ordered a creation found on TikTok, to which the staff gladly concocted. The food was delivered with a smile, and Saxony was incredibly friendly and kind. She asked us how our order came out and if the TikTok mix was worth it (it was!!). Overall great experience, clean facility, and engaging staff!!

My wife loves Lamb over rice that she loves she also gets 6 pc. Mac ‘n’ cheese & 10. Pc. sweet corn nuggets. I love the fryed fish over rice and I get a 6 pc. Hot wings.

It great to have a little taste of the city right here in Mastic Shirley. The chicken and Jasmin rice dish is excellent and why I love this place. Would give us five stars but the downside is that they are not at my house cooking and serving it to me directly. Highly recommend this place. Make sure to get plenty of that white sauce it’s a fabulous concoction.

I was watching TV and eating and happened to look down at what was going to be my next bite when I saw this… In my chicken and rice there was clearly some type of bug/insect. Safe to say I am no longer a customer. Disgusting.

It cost me 40$ for 2 plates and 2 sodas with 2 cookies that I never got.
The place was empty and for a good reason, I ordered 2 combos over rice one with light hot and white and the other with BBQ hot and white.
I got heavy hot on one and then light hot, reg white and BBQ on the other.
The worst part about it all is that there’s almost no meat in this dish. How do they charge so much for a 6 dollar plate is beyond me. Go to flame halal in patchogue instead.

took 15 mins to take my order. then i only ordered chicken over rice and they took 30 mins.. there was only 2 people in there. dont go here if ur on a time crunch . bad customer service and he wasnt even trying to move fast. food is okay tho

I came here last night at 2 AM. They closed at 4 AM. I just got a regular chicken and lamb combo and mozzarella sticks the mozzarella sticks. The cheese wasn’t even cooked. It looked like a cheese stick inside. The platter that they gave me was cold and I said how is that possible because I’ve come here all the time and I’ve never had an issue. so I said something and he said OK hold on and got a steamy hot cup of rice for me and in my head I said why is that not the rice that I got originally? They gave me leftover cold rice thinking I was gonna leave and go home and when he gave it to me and I stayed, the look on his face, he said you’re staying? I said yes. it was almost a surprise to him. i’ve never seen the two people there that were working, but just so happens that the one day they are there I get cold food. My mozzarella sticks have cheese sticks on the inside are not cooked and it was just not a fun experience. Definitely do not go back here I’m sitting on the toilet as I write this the next morning lol. not coming back here sadly
