Really disappointing visit. I’ve worked for this location before, long ago so I personally know that Dawn and Rob would be so disappointed with the service being provided to the customers. My sandwiches were made so sloppily without any care. Thrown together. Bread smashed and hard. This location used to have sandwich artist that put effort into making your food and experience something to look forward to and its gone so far down hill. Honestly me nor my child finished more than 3 bites of this and normally I would go back for a replacement but upon my visit the employee that served me told me so much information about her job and bosses that I wouldn’t feel comfortable going back.

Employees are always on break and refuse to take orders. The two ladies said they were taking trash out at 7:50 but really went to smoke weed behind the store. All i left with is a drink and their was a bug floating in it. Don’t ever stop at a subway on Van Dyke. They are all owned by the same person and all have the same experience.

Walked back and forth by the counter for about 5 minutes at 2:40 PM on 01/06/24 trying to see if an employee would appear. I looked into the back and did not see anyone either. Ended up leaving never seeing an employee despite the fact that the location was open.

I don’t like leaving reviews but my service was so bad I cannot let it go. Employee was on the phone the entire time my sandwich was being made arguing with someone (super uncomfortable). The subway only had 2 kinds of breads stocked, no napkins, no straws, and they didn’t even ask if I wanted the meal! So much for my cookies for the after meal sweet tooth! Extremely unpleasant visit, I will be avoiding this particular location for future subway purchases.

Lol avoid this place went right after shopping and no line on Saturday 1150 am Walked up looking at the menu thinking the rep would assist me but she was making a pizza possibly for Uber ect. The next rep that came up to help talked very low and I expressed I couldn’t hear her she made me aware she was speaking to her coworker oh I understood and waited all in all waited to be greeted or have service neither were offered or given so I just walked away. Idk could def brush up on customer service skills or if you don’t like customer service get a new job. 2 light skin girls

Horrible! if I could give it no stars, I would! waiting 30 minutes in line for a pretzel and for her to tell me there was none after she knew what I was in line for. She spent all that time talking and laughing with the two customers in front of me before she even took my order! Super unprofessional. I think I’ll call corporate or the owner of the store.
