I used to frequent this location a few years ago and never had any issues. Today I went in and ordered a coffee at the kiosk. I waited over 20 minutes and my cup never came out. I stood in line at the bakery area and asked a staff member what I should do as I placed the order but did not see my name up on the screen. He said to go back and wait. I waited another 5 minutes or so, and I let another staff member behind the counter know that I was just waiting for a cup. They did not help me either and multiple people who arrived after me were already being served. I was frustrated as I already paid and had my receipt. Other staff members were idle in the bakery area unwilling to help. I had to leave after almost 30 mins of waiting and nobody willing to help. I called customer service and they offered me a refund of the exact amount and it will take up to 30 days unless I want store credit I said no thanks I wont be returning.

Was going to brides to be for a fitting and arrived early and saw there was Panera bread close by. Came in, like every other Paneras, They have a Kiosk to order yourself, yummy pastries to chose from, people hustling and bustling behind the counter with all the orders. Not as cleanly the tables but wasn’t a bad location. Went to table, waited for my buzzer to go off, wiped off the dirty table, went up and got my food, ate my bagel, didnt have any issues. Bagel was toasted perfectly with butter packets. No complaints

Not only is the food delicious, fresh, and always a good variety to choose from, but the workers make you feel right at home. Always a smile, kind gestures, and they never make you feel like your imposing. The decor redo looks so open and inviting. The restaurant is always clean. I recommend this to anyone and everyone!

I went to Panera for breakfast after not eating there in a long time. I was surprised to see the kiosk as the only way to order. Kind of felt like going to a typical fast food restaurant, but with a nicer seating area. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that was OK …. Nothing special. Frankly I was disappointed. Panera use to have an upscale coffee shop vibe, now it seems like it’s just another fast food restaurant.

It’s always a nightmare ish experience. I hate the fact that they have the tablets to order but I understand as it is an incredibly busy location. They at least still have a cashier for those who don’t want to use the tablet which I appreciate. There is no drive so you have to go inside. Large parking. Every time I go it takes forever to get my meal. Even with ordering it in advance. They also got my order wrong last time which was frustrating. I’m sure the employees are working as hard and fast as they can to get out all of the orders. Maybe getting more staff to help out during peak times would be beneficial not only for everyone waiting but for those employees working hard. There are also employees who have a stinky attitude. I believe it comes from the “why don’t you use the tablet to order” mentality. Maybe few other things. It is a beautiful big location.

I needed a LOT of food for a same day event. The folks at the Glastonbury Panera are awesome! They are hard working and communicative. 80 people fed. Thank you!

Timing of a remote order (such as pickup at 6:15!) does not match with actual restaurant (arrive at 6:15, stand there 15 more minutes until your food is actually ready at 6:30).

It is good for the health freaks. I’m not sure I’ve gotten to that standard of healthy eating but it was good. Ps if you order the hot chocolate tell then not to put sugar. I’ve never had a cup with so much sugar in my entire life.

I had an awful experience at this Panera. While I was there, I overheard the manager instructing an employee to keep serving spoiled milk instead of throwing it out. Not only is this incredibly unsafe, but it also shows a complete disregard for customer health and safety. It made me question the quality of everything being served. If management can knowingly allow spoiled products to go out, it makes you wonder what else is overlooked. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others about eating here. It’s so sad that the management is this bad especially in Glastonbury I’m very disappointed

I like Panera bread but this location is disgusting. It took 20 minutes to get my order. The food was fine but it just looked dirty inside. My plate was dirty. White substance all over it. The tables were mostly dirty. Bathroom was terrible. Just disappointed because I usually like Panera bread. I feel gross and it’s now an hour later.
