One of the chicken nuggets from my meal was rotten. I mean smells spoiled, gray and hard as a rock. Called the manager to inform him of possible cross contamination and he told me word for word verbatim: “you could have gotten spoiled chicken but we don’t sell spoiled chicken”; I asked for another manager to speak with and he insisted that he was the only one and refused to give me any information regarding the district manager or someone higher up. I had to call corporate to get this issue addressed. I don’t want my money back and I don’t want new food. I want accountability and responsibility from higher up staff. You’re going to get people SICK!

If you ask for fresh HOT Wings they’ll give you re-Fried Wings(everytime) and pass them off as fresh. The wings are 10x more greasy and the Employees are super sorry and lazy. (not all of them)

Quality and tasty finger lickin chicken like always however the spotlight here needs to get shared with Mikayla at the register and Trinity blasting out drive through. Both are extremely hard working, diligent, and expeditious with every customer and their orders yet kind and precise confidently navigating their patrons seamlessly through what I feel is a confusing menu. Working side by side and hand and hand they together are reminiscent of time gone by when a sense of accomplishment and pride in your work and trust in your co-workers thrust our country into a new realm of customer service and America as the elite. Mikayla and Trinity should be treasured and supported to enable them to bring us back to that level of service. We have sunk to new lows in my opinion. They make it look easy when it’s very busy and only true professionals can do that. Thank you ladies! It was a pleasure dining there. I wish you both great success!!
