I had a very bad experience at Burger King on March 3rd, 2026. around 2:30 PM.

I placed a mobile order for a Triple Whopper, but when I received my food it was not what I ordered. I went back to the counter and explained that it wasn’t correct. The employee grabbed it and remade it, but she had a noticeable attitude and didn’t seem happy about fixing the mistake.

I eventually received the corrected burger. Unfortunately, about two hours later I started feeling extremely sick. I began throwing up and having serious stomach issues. For the past two days I’ve been constantly going to the bathroom and can’t seem to get it to stop. This experience has really made me question the food handling and overall service at this location.

I hope management takes this seriously and looks into both the customer service and food safety practices, because no customer should have to go through something like this.

Was here once, waiting for the food about 20 minutes.
The server brought our food, and we noticed visible dirt under her fingernails. This was very unpleasant and made the dining experience feel unhygienic.

I ordered my food online through door dash 32 dollars for 2 shakes a whopper and a double whopper combo. When I received my food I received a whopper Jr & A whopper completely plain when I wanted ketchup and mustard on it. This is a non stop thing when it comes to this establishment. Very disappointed in the entire situation.

It was busy, I hope more employees would be available for this location in the future. The guy was nice, even for him being slammed with, I swear, only 1 (2?) other worker. With them being busy you’d think our food would be hot from them needing to constantly drop fries, ours was old stale and cold. Our chicken was biteable as soon as we got it, which shouldn’t be the case since that would need to be dropped fresh. We waited 5-10min to be served and 45 mins for our food

Ordered a whopper, got receipt seen got charged for two slices of cheese. When questioned the the drive thru cashier about it she got snotty and rude and slammed the window in our face.

Ordered online picked up got home unwrapped and boom, they claim they had nothing to do with it, didn’t want free food, just wanted it made right. Never again this is the second time we’ve had a problem like this and they took no accountability

Came here during a trip for breakfast. Food was alright, it’s what you expect. Staff were nice and fun to talk to, but the bathrooms were filthy. Drink dispensers had mold in some of the nozzles. I would trust the food, but I am not taking a drink from here again.

It was 100° and the air was broke and staff was very rude. No sign on the door letting customers know of the inside inconvenience. When you finally got your food it was just disgusting, poor service will never return. Your manager needs to learn how to handle stress and keep his composure during a hard time.

Showed up at 1130 am
Everyone was moving slowly and I stood by the counter for atleast 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging I was there. I watched the staff talking to echother behind the counter while people were waiting to get their order taken. Ended up leaving before anyone took my order however I wasted half of my lunch break waiting for someone to take my order. If your on lunch and want “fast” food this is not the place for you
