We enjoyed this sweet little restaurant so much: quiet, charming atmosphere, simple, clean, no fluff, but the food! Oh my, it was amazing. I had green curry with tofu. The coconut milk spicy curry with crispy veggies, so good I am thinking of it hours after our meal. So glad to find a review site for Thai Ginger. We plan to eat there as often as possible. Business seemed to be very good, many, many people picking up take out orders, so it seems people already know about the great food there, but it was knew to us and we are so happy to have found it. First time here and it wasn’t busy at all. There was no dine in service due to low staffing. But that was no issue for me. Some others that came in didnt like the fact they couldn’t dine in and ordering out was longer than they liked. After ordering, my order arrived around 35-40 minutes which isn’t horrible. Food was fresh and hot and look very delicious. Both were true once I got home and began eating. Everything was cook wonderfully and the portions were generous. Everything was prepared how we liked and all of it had a nice level of spice to it. Overall a great experience.

I got the drunken noodles. They were amazing. The prices were very reasonable and the service was great. Definitely would come back! Pictured is half my plate that I’m taking home!

UPDATE: 7/27/24
We stopped for dinner tonight but discovered they are not able to serve Sat/Sun evenings for inside dining because of staffing difficulties, so we just did take-out…. Owner was very apologetic. The food tasted just as great at home as it did at the restaurant just had to wait another 15 minutes for it to drive home.
Tonight was our first visit for an early Valentines dinner. Enjoyed the dining area, atmosphere and food. We definitely will make this a more regular place to visit.

I would NEVER go here or recommend anyone here ever. The owner is rude, judgemental, unprofessional and a nickel and dimer. I have had better food in the mall food court. We wanted to give this establishment a chance and they failed in all areas. The only good part if the experience was our server. She was kind and pleasant. We will never be back to this establishment. Each and every customer should be treated with respect and and dignity. Arbitrarily adding fees to the bill says a lot about the business. Bland food, on top of that is a no no. Thai chicken fried rice with no basil, just egg, onion, carrot and peas. Thai beef salad, bland and rather salty more than anything. Spring rolls bland and made sloppy. Go elsewhere, you will thank me.

We ordered takeout from their website. I arrived about 10 minutes before the order was said to be ready, and it was ready about 5 minutes early! The food (spring rolls, red curry and drunken noodles) was delicious, and stayed warm in the containers. Will be back, and do recommend!

Extremely good Thai food. Service is phenomenal! Everything we tried was delicious. Happy hour is from 4:30-7:30 pm; you get a spring roll, plus soup or salad, your entree, and ice cream at the end for under 10 bucks. It’s a lot of food, so value is very good.
